Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は格子形簇等から収繭した繭の外周に付
着している毛羽を取り除くための毛羽取装置に使
用する繭の毛羽取用ブラシに関するものである。
繭から毛羽を取り除くための従来の機構として
は、まずコンベア状に構成したゴムベルトを用い
たものがある。これはゴムベルトと繭のストツパ
ー板、ゴムベルト同士またはゴムベルトと人工芝
状の突起を多数設けたローラーとの接点に於いて
繭から毛羽を引つ張つて取り除くものであるが、
これらゴムベルトを用いた機構ではゴムベルト自
体の片寄りや、伸び縮みが生じ易いので均一な毛
羽取を行なうための調整が非常に難かしいばかり
でなく、毛羽取能力が比較的小さいという欠点が
ある。また毛羽取能力を向上させた機構として紡
績用の針布を巻き着けた回転ローラーを用いたも
のがある。これは先端がローラーの回転方向に傾
斜した多数の金属ワイヤー製針状体で繭の毛羽を
強力に引つ掛けて毛羽取りを行なうので毛羽取能
力は大きいが、能力が大きい反面前記針状体が毛
羽のみならず糸部分をも引つ掛けて切断し、索緒
効率を著しく低下させてしまうという欠点があ
る。かかる索緒効率を向上させるために、動物の
体毛や植物繊維、プラスチツク繊維を多数突設し
た回転ブラシによる毛羽取りも行なわれている
が、従来は前記繊維が直線状であるため毛羽の引
つ掛かり比較的悪く、例えば乾燥の悪い繭等では
毛羽取りが完全になされない場合も生じるという
ような欠点がある。かかる欠点に対して、ブラシ
の繊維を、回転方向に対して傾斜させたり、先端
を鉤状とする等の対応策も考えられるが、これら
は製作が面倒であるという欠点がある。

成で、索緒効率を低下させずに毛羽取能力を大と
する毛羽取用ブラシを提供することを目的とする
ものである。以下本考案を実施例に基づいて詳細
に説明すると次の通りである。

い。符号3はウエーブ繊維であり、該ウエーブ繊
維3は例えば0.1〜0.2φ程度の太さのプラスチツ
ク直繊維にウエーブをかけて構成したり等、ウエ
ーブを有する繊維であれば適宜の繊維を使用する
ことができる。また符号4は直繊維であり、これ
も適宜の繊維を使用することができる。しかして
本考案の毛羽取用ブラシAは、前記回転体1に前
記ウエーブ繊維3と直繊維を混合して多数突設し
て構成したことを特徴とする。本考案の毛羽取用
ブラシは、回転体1の構成により、第2図aに示
すようにロール状として構成したり、第5図に示
すように無端ベルト状として構成することができ
る。前記繊維3,4の突設方法は、従来のブラシ
の製造方法と同様な適宜の技術を適用することが
できる。例えば前記繊維3,4を挾持部材5によ
つて挾持して線状に構成したものを第3図a,b
に示すように軸棒1にスパイラルに巻着すること
によつてロール状ブラシを構成することができ
る。前記ウエーブ繊維3と直繊維4を混合して多
数突設する方法としては、例えば第3図aに示す
ように予めそれらを混合して前記線状に構成した
ものをスパイラルに巻着する方法としても良い
し、第3図bに示すように夫々の繊維3,4に対
して独立に前記直線状に構成したものを2条ねじ
状にスパイラルに巻着する方法等、適宜の方法で
混合して良い。しかして前記ウエーブ繊維3を前
述したように突設する際、その先端の方向をわざ
わざ揃えたりする必要はない。かかる構成に於い
て本考案の毛羽取用ブラシAは、適宜の回転駆動
機構で回転体1を回転させることにより、ウエー
ブ繊維3と直繊維4を連続的に繭6に接触させて
毛羽取を行なうことできる。しかして本考案の毛
羽取用ブラシAは、ウエーブ繊維3と直繊維4を
有するものであり、かかるウエーブ繊維3は、そ
の先端の方向をわざわざ揃えずにブラシとして構
成するものであるが、このウエーブ繊維3の全体
のうちの一部は必ず前記回転体1の回転方向に傾
斜しているので、このように傾斜している部分に
於いては毛羽の引つ掛かりが非常に良好である。
従つて本考案は索緒効率の高いブラシであるにも
かかわらずその毛羽取能力が大きく、通常の性状
の繭では勿論の事、乾燥が悪く毛羽取の難かしい
繭等でも効率的に毛羽取を行なうことができる。
前記索緒効率並びに毛羽取能力を含むブラシとし
ての性能は前記ウエーブ繊維3と直繊維4の混合
の割合を変えことによつて容易に調節することが
でき、性状の異なる繭に対して使い分けることも
できる。また以上の使用によつて、回転方向に傾
斜している繊維部分が摩耗などして毛羽の引つ掛
りが悪くなつたならば、前記機構等に逆に取り付
けてブラシにとつては逆転状態で使用するように
すれば、やはり回転方向に傾斜している部分が必
ず存在するから、再び良好な毛羽取を行なうこと
ができる。尚、繭6から本考案の毛羽取用ブラシ
Aに掻き取つた毛羽は、例えば特開昭58−141738
号に示される機構等により適宜に排出することが
できる。

設する際に、その先端の方向をわざわざ揃える必
要がないので製作が容易である上、一方向の回転
使用によつて、その方向を向いているウエーブ繊
維が摩耗したような場合には、逆方向に回転させ
るように使用することにより毛羽取能力を維持す
ることができるという特徴がある。
