Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare 'random joint patterns' all over a floor surface without decreasing work efficiency, by forming a decorative flooring material with long, narrow, rectangular decorative piece of boards glued to a base board with each piece of board staggered in the longitudinal direction and by arranging a large number of such decorative flooring materials in closely fitted situation. CONSTITUTION:By cutting one piece of square board straight in one direction, a plurality of partitioned boards 1A and 1B are made, and by arranging them in a fixed position, a base board 1 is formed. A plurality of long, narrow, rectangular decorative piece of boards 2 are arranged on the base board 1 with each piece closely fitted together and with both ends of the decorative piece of board 2 in the latitudinal direction staggered in the longitudinal direction. Then, by glueing the decorative piece of boards on the base board, a decorative material 3 is formed. At glueing, one lateral edge of the base board 1 is made protruding from the decorative material 3 to form nailing parts 4 and 19, and another lateral edge of the base board 1 is made recessed from the decorative material 3 to form receiving parts 5 and 20, to which the nailing parts of the adjoining flooring material are inserted.

Of course, we are also considering a construction method in which the decorative flooring material itself is strip-shaped, and the adjacent flooring materials in the width direction are staggered in the length direction and lined up closely so that an irregular pattern can be obtained over the entire floor surface. However, this construction method is extremely inefficient and impractical.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for manufacturing decorative flooring according to the present invention is to rotate one rectangular board in at least one of both the width direction and the length direction. A plurality of divided bodies are obtained by cutting the divided bodies in a straight line, and these divided bodies are arranged in a predetermined positional relationship to form a substrate of a desired shape. On the substrate, a plurality of rectangular decorative pieces are closely arranged in parallel and wide. A decorative material is obtained by adhering both ends of the decorative pieces in the direction so that they are offset in the length direction, and further, both side edges of the substrate and at least one edge of both ends are made to protrude from the decorative material. This is characterized in that a nailing part is formed in the flooring material, and a nailing part insertion part of the adjacent flooring material is formed by retracting the other side edge of the board from the decorative material.

The decorative pieces constituting the decorative material are obtained by pasting a single piece of decorative material with a thickness of 0.2 to 3.0 IIn+ on a plywood board with a thickness of 2.5 to 7°0 mm and vertically dividing it into the required number. However, instead of the plywood, medium-density fiberboard can also be used.

Then, a plurality of rectangular decorative pieces (2) are adhered to the substrate (41) in a close and parallel manner, with both ends of the decorative pieces (2) in the width direction being offset from each other in the length direction. A decorative material (3) is formed, and one side edge of the substrate (41) is made to protrude from the decorative material (3) to form a nailing part (4), and the other side edge of the substrate (41) is made decorative. The decorative material (3) is retracted from the material (3) to form a nailing part insertion part (5) of the adjacent flooring material, and the decorative material (3) is recessed from each end (42) (43) of the substrate (41).
By providing both a protruding part and a retracting part,
Nailing parts (44) (45) and nailing part insertion part (46)
(47) are formed at both ends of the floor material, and nailing parts (44) and (45) are provided in the portion where the decorative piece (2) protrudes most in the length direction.

Effects of the Invention By using the decorative flooring material obtained by the method of the present invention, while using relatively large-sized decorative flooring materials as in the past, a large number of rectangular narrow width decorative flooring materials can be used to create irregular sizes. It is possible to create an appearance that resembles a patterned floor surface with the same construction efficiency as before.

Further, one square plate is cut linearly in at least one of the width direction and the length direction to obtain a plurality of divided bodies, and these divided bodies are arranged in a predetermined positional relationship. Since the substrate is made into the desired shape, a circular saw can be used for cutting, making it easy and efficient to cut. In this regard, desired nailing portions and nailing portion insertion portions of adjacent flooring materials can be formed at both ends of the flooring material.

In addition, by providing both a protruding part and a retracting part with respect to the decorative material at each end of the board, and forming a nailing part and a nailing part insertion part at both ends of the floor +4, a joint is formed at both ends of the flooring material. It becomes possible to omit the provision of .

Furthermore, by forming a nailing part and a nailing part insertion part at both ends of the flooring material, and making the nailing part exist in the part where the decorative piece protrudes most in the length direction, the decorative flooring material can be packed. There is no risk of corner chips in the decorative material during transportation.
