Conventionally, as a block-shaped wall board, a plurality of wooden tile-shaped blocks 2 are pasted onto a substrate 1 as shown in FIG. 1. However, there was no actual machining, and during construction it was necessary to reliably join the wall panels together with adhesive or nails, making it difficult to construct on-site. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, a substrate 1' in which a joint 3 and a groove 4 are formed is also used. However, in order to provide such grooves 4 and nuts 3, the substrate 1' becomes thick, which requires a large amount of material, and there is a problem that processing requires sophisticated equipment such as a tenoner.

However, there is a problem in that it is difficult to achieve reliable bonding using only this method.

The wall board of this invention consists of a rectangular substrate and a plurality of block materials pasted in parallel in the width direction and length direction on the surface of this substrate. the block material is provided with a half-shaped fruit at the longitudinal end of the substrate, and some of the blocks arranged in the width direction of the block material protrude from one longitudinal end of the substrate; At the other end, a block at the same position in the width direction as the protruding block is retracted more than the other blocks.

む。 According to the configuration of this invention, in the width direction of the board, the base materials are mutually recessed joints, so
Regardless of the block material, it can be connected securely and without gaps. In the longitudinal direction of the board, some of the block materials were shifted and overlapped with respect to the board, and the blocks were joined with mutual gaps.
A close connection is possible. Furthermore, since the joint is a recessed joint, a relatively thin substrate can be used compared to a real joint, and the processing equipment can be simple.

1が設けられている。Embodiment An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 3 to 7. In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes a rectangular substrate, on the surface of which rectangular wooden tile-shaped blocks 6 are pasted in three rows in the width direction. The block materials 6 in the center row are shifted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the block materials 6 on both sides, and the block material 6a at one end of the center row is aligned with the substrate 5.
The block material 6b at the other end protrudes from the longitudinal end of the substrate 5 and retracts from the longitudinal end of the substrate 5. Each block material 6 has stepped decorative steps 7 on four sides. The substrate 5 has two opposite edges 8 and 9 at both ends in the width direction, as shown in FIG. In addition, the blocks 6 at one end of each row and the blocks 6 at the other end are recessed as shown in FIG.
1 is provided.

Can be joined reliably and without gaps. Regarding the longitudinal direction of the substrate 5, a part of the block material 6 is attached to the substrate 5.
Since the blocks a and 6b are stacked in a staggered manner and the blocks 6 are joined together using the joints 10 and 11, reliable and tight joining can be achieved. Furthermore, it is easy to join a plurality of wall materials together on site. Furthermore, since the notched holes 8 and 9 are formed, the thickness of the substrate 5 can be made thinner than when the holes 3 and grooves 4 are provided for actual joining as in the conventional example shown in FIG. Fruit 8,
9. Sufficient thickness is obtained. Therefore, the substrate 5 can be made relatively thin, and materials can be saved. In addition, since only phase-recessed nuts 8 to 11 are processed, it can be processed using simple equipment such as a cutting saw, and therefore, it can be efficiently produced in large quantities.

It is also possible to provide a fruit on the substrate 5 on both sides.
