本考案は、全自動洗濯機に洗剤を自動投入する

従来の全自動式洗濯機の一側に連通して設けら
れる自動洗剤投入器は第1図に示すように、本体
1内に洗剤容器2が起倒自在に取付けられ、この
洗剤容器2に洗剤が収容され、先端がソレノイド
3によつて進退するバー4によつて支持されて居
り、洗剤投入時にはソレノイド3の励磁によりバ
ー4が後退しバー4に支持されていた洗剤容器2
が下方に回動し収容した洗剤を本体1中に投入す
るようになつている。そして同時に給水管5の電
磁弁6が開き本体1の途中より倒位置にある洗剤
容器2中に向つて開口した給水管5の給水口7よ
り水が噴射され洗剤を洗い流し、洗剤は水と共に
洗剤導出口8より洗濯機に導入されるものであ
る。しかしながら、下方に回動した状態の洗剤容
器2の底部は本体1の満水時の水位よりも低い位
置にあり、したがつてこれに水を吹きつける給水
管5の給水口7も本体1の比較的水面に近い位置
に開口しているため、満水時に本体1から洗剤水
が給水管7に逆流するおそれがある。また、満水
面と給水口の高さは200mm以上の間隔を必要とす
ることが法規によつて定められている。さらに、
細い給水口7から洗剤容器2に噴射されるため容
器2内の全面を洗い流すことがむづかしく洗剤が
残存したりまた水圧が高い場合は水が周囲に飛散
する等の問題があつた。

洗剤の逆流を防止し、さらに案内筒により給水を
散開させて容器内全面を洗い流し得るようにした
ものである。

出されるため水が周囲に飛び散ることも少い。ま
た、散水案内筒は上端に通気口を開口させたため
散水案内筒を倒位置の洗剤容器近くに開口させた
としても、本体内の水が散水案内筒内を逆流する
おそれがない。
