Conventionally, in this type of rinsing dehydrator, a water injection container with a water injection port formed at the bottom for injecting water into a water spray tube is provided above the rotating tank, and a water injection container is provided on the upper surface of the water injection container on the peripheral wall of the water injection container. A transparent container lid having an engaging claw that engages with the engaging hole is attached by the engaging means. However, according to the above configuration, since the container lid is attached to the top surface of the water injection container, there is a drawback that the cost is high, and when cleaning the water injection container, the engaging claw of the container lid is removed from the water injection container. The lid had to be removed by pulling it out from the engaging hole, which was troublesome to clean, and the engaging claw broke, making it impossible to reattach the container lid to the water injection container.

Next, the operation of this embodiment with the above configuration will be described. The lid 27 and the water pouring container 9 are rotated upward, respectively, and the laundry that has been washed in the washing tub 2 is transferred around the water sprinkling tube 6 in the rotating tub 4. After that, the water pouring container 9 and the lid 27 are rotated downward. Turn the water injection switch lever 7 to
Switch the selection to the water receiving tank 3 side, and open the water faucet. Then, the water flows into the inflow portion 15 of the water injection container 9 through a water supply channel (not shown), and flows into the first guide protrusion 16, the second guide protrusion 17, and the protrusion 24.
The water is guided through the water inlet body 12 and injected into the water spray tube 6. In this state, when the drive motor 5 is driven to rotate the rotary tub 4 at high speed, the water in the water sprinkling tube 6 is sprinkled onto the laundry from the peripheral wall of the water sprinkling tube 6, and further passes through the inside of the laundry and is transferred to the rotary tub 4. The detergent contained in the laundry is discharged from the dehydration hole 4a into the water receiving tank 3, whereupon the laundry is rinsed and dehydrated by centrifugal dehydration.

The water supplied to the inlet 15 in the water injection container 9 flows along the inner surface of the peripheral wall 11 as shown by arrows A, B, and C, but a portion of the water is diverted when passing through the gap 18. The arrow D is
As shown in FIG.
When passing through, a part of the flow is diverted by the second guide protrusion 17 as shown by the arrow E, and is gradually guided away from the inner surface of the peripheral wall 11 and toward the water inlet body 12, and as shown by the arrow C The water flowing along the inner surface of the water inlet 11 is guided to the water inlet body 12 by the protrusions 24 as shown by arrow F. By the way, if the water faucet is opened too wide and the water flow as shown by arrow C increases, some of the water will go over the second and third embankments 21 and 22 as shown by arrow G and flow into the overflow area. 23 and overflows into the water receiving tank 3. Therefore, the user only needs to observe this situation while looking through the lid 27 and adjust the water faucet to supply an appropriate amount of water to the water injection container 9.

By the way, conventionally, after the water supplied to the water injection container flows along the inner surface of the circumferential wall formed in a substantially arc shape, the water is flowed along the inner surface of the circumferential wall formed in a substantially arc shape, and then is guided by a guide rib that protrudes from the inner bottom surface of the water injection container and has one end connected to the peripheral wall. It is designed to guide you towards the water inlet body. At this time, the water that has reached the guide ribs is not diverted in any way and the flow direction is suddenly changed toward the water inlet body, causing it to collide with the guide ribs and splash upwards. It had come to collide with the inner surface of the container lid. Therefore, if the container lid is omitted with the conventional structure as it is, the water that has splashed up will overcome the peripheral wall and overflow onto the top surface of the cover.
However, in this embodiment, gaps 18 and 19 are provided as notches between the peripheral wall 11 and the first and second guide protrusions 16 and 17.
The first and second guide protrusions 16 and 17 gradually separate the inflowing water and direct it toward the water inlet body 12, so that the flow direction of the water is suddenly changed and the water is This will surely prevent the container from popping up, and therefore, even if the container lid is omitted, there is no risk of the problem that would occur if the container lid was simply removed from a conventional structure. The cost can be reduced by omitting the lid, and when cleaning the water injection container 9, it can be easily cleaned by simply opening the lid 27, and furthermore, the water injection container 9 can be easily cleaned by simply opening the lid 27, and the container is conventionally attached to the top surface of the water injection container by an engaging means. Since the lid is omitted, there is no risk of breakage of the engaging claw.
In addition, the first guide protrusion 16 adjacent to the inflow portion 15
Since the projecting height is set larger than that of the second guide protrusion 17, even if a large amount of water is supplied from the inflow part 15, some of the water will be blocked by the first guide protrusion 16. water can be reliably guided in the direction of the water inlet body 12, and a large amount of water will not go over and pass through the first guide protrusion 16, thereby preventing water from flowing wastefully toward the overflowing part 23. can be sufficiently prevented. In addition, in this embodiment, since the protrusion 25 generated by the gate during molding is positioned on the lower surface of the intersection of the crisscrossing ribs 13, the protrusion 25 does not protrude from the lower surface of the water inlet body 12.
Therefore, troublesome post-processing such as cutting off the protrusion or scraping it off with a file can be omitted.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the criss-crossing ribs 13 are provided at the inlet portion of the water inlet body 12, the first and second guide protrusions 16 and 17 and the protrusion 24 form the water inlet body. The water guided toward 12 is rectified by the ribs 13 and flows smoothly into the water inlet body 12, resulting in the effect that water can be well injected into the water spray tube 6. In addition, with the conventional structure, the water overflowing from the overflowing area is observed through transparent plastic windows provided on each of the plastic lid and the container lid, making it difficult to see the overflowing area due to the reflection of light. Although it had some drawbacks, the present embodiment has the advantage that it is easier to see than the conventional method because there is no container lid and the container can be observed only through the transparent plastic window provided in the lid 27.

According to the other embodiment with the above configuration, the water flow indicated by arrow A is partially guided as indicated by arrow D by the low protrusion 28a of the first guide protrusion 28. Although a large amount of water flow can be produced in the direction of arrow D, it is prevented from violently colliding and flying up as in the previous embodiment, and furthermore, the water flow shown by arrow B is unified by the low protrusion 29a of the second guide protrusion 29. Part arrow E
Since the water is guided as shown by , a large amount of water flow in the direction of the arrow E can be generated, and the water can be prevented from flying up violently as described above. Furthermore, the force of the water flowing along the peripheral wall 11 is weakened by passing over these low protrusions 28a and 29a, which has the advantage that the force of the water flow inside the water injection container 9 can be made weaker than in the previous embodiment, and the force of the water flow is reduced. This has the effect of preventing wasteful overflow of water from the overflowing portion 23 due to this, and of reliably guiding the water flow to the water inlet body 12.

As is clear from the embodiments described above, the present invention has a notch formed between the inner bottom surface of the water injection container and the peripheral wall, and a guide protrusion that guides water from the inlet toward the water injection port. This reliably prevents water from colliding violently with the guide protrusion and scattering upwards, so the container lid attached to the water injection container can be omitted, reducing costs and making cleaning easier. To provide a rinsing dehydrator in which water does not scatter outward from a water injection container even though the water injection container has an open top surface.
