本案は握飯製造用飯供給装置に関するものであ

3角筒内の飯は圧力によつてベルト間から外側に
漏出散乱し易く、かつ上記計量シヤツター下の計
量成形飯を2条のベルトで下方に押込むので成形
飯が崩れ易くかつ機構が複雑となるものであつた

てなる握飯製造用飯供給装置によつて構成され

形飯成形枠との間のシヤツターが閉じその状態で
握飯間歇搬出装置が動作して上記詰込枠を搬出
し、次の詰込枠を上記成形枠の直下に移行させて
停止した後上記シヤツターを開く動作を繰返すも

示すように飯送給ベルトコンベヤ3を設け、同コ
ンベヤ3のベルト3′を上記平行板15,15の
内面に接するものである。そして終端ローラ4を
迂回するベルト3′の直下に直立面5を形成し、
同直立面5の下部にV字形飯成形枠6を突設す
る。同枠6の内面は3角形直立短筒状に形成され
同枠6のV字形外周上縁7に上向刃面7′を形成
し、同上縁7に飯押込V字溝形ローラ8のV字形
内面8′を接し、同ローラ8の両端面を上記直立
平行板15,15の内面に接して同ローラ8を回
転軸16によつて支持するものであつてV字形内
面8′と終端ローラ4の迂回ベルト3′とによつて
3角形成形路17(第5図)が形成される。この
ようにした飯押込V字溝形ローラ8の斜上方には
飯案内溝形ローラ9を上記平行板15,15の内
面に接して回転軸18によつて支持し上記両回転
軸16,18を上記平行板15の外側において中
間歯車19を介して噛合する歯車20,21によ
つて同一方向に同一回転速度で回転させる。そし
て両ローラ8,9の外形寸法は同一に形成するが
飯押込V字溝形ローラ8の内面には飯案内凹条又
は凸条8″を形成すると良い(第4図)。上記V字
形飯成形枠6の直下には開閉シヤツター10を介
して3角形成形飯詰込枠11を配置した握飯間歇
搬出装置12が設けられる。この搬出装置12は
第3図に示すように間歇回動円盤12′、その下
面受台12″及び取卸用切欠12によつて形成
され同円盤12′に開き角45度毎に3角形透孔1
1′を穿設し同透孔11′によつて上記詰込枠11
が形成される。上記搬出装置12は上記円盤1
2′に限定されるものではなくコンベヤ形のもの
に上記詰込枠11を設けたものであつても差支え
ない。直立平行板15,15の一方には上記コン
ベヤ3の中程上方に透孔を穿設し、同透孔を経て
光電管22により他方の平行板15の内面の黒色
を感知し収容溝2内の飯の有無を検出することが
できる。尚図中23で示すものは飯送給ベルトコ
ンベヤ3の始端回動ローラ、24は中間ベルト案
内ローラ、25は開閉シヤツター10の往復回動
軸、第3図中26で示すものは昇降枠、27は昇
降軸、28は上記詰込枠11内の具挿入穴あけ
杆、29は梅干その他の具入れ孔、30は具押出
杆、31は詰込飯中央部盛上用押え板、32は平
担押え板、33は握飯押出板、34は握飯搬出コ

内に同ローラ8のV字形内面8′が同成形枠6の
V字形上縁7に接した状態で3角形成形路17か
ら押込まれて3角形に成形され、さらに上記飯押
込V字溝形8の回動によつて上記詰込枠11内に
詰込まれた後シヤツター10によつて詰込飯の上
面が水平に切断され、その状態で搬出装置12に
よつて詰込飯を搬出し得るものであるから、飯の
漏出散乱が防止され、3角形成形飯を形崩れなく
上記搬出装置12の詰込枠11内に円滑に詰込む
