【考案の詳細な説明】
「産業上の利用分野」
本案は機械力による握飯製造機に関するもので

「従来の技術」
従来、握飯スタンプで間欠回転円盤の握飯成形
用詰込透孔内に既に詰込まれた飯を押えて押出す
ことは容易であつた。しかしこのスタンプ押出工
程の前の飯詰込工程を機械化することは困難であ
つた。即ち間欠回転円盤14の握飯詰込透孔13
内に未成形飯を人力で詰込んだため飯の透孔13
えの詰込みを円滑に行い難く、詰込作業を自動的
に迅速に行い難いものであつた。そこで上記透孔
13と同一形状の飯収容筒3を用いて詰込むこと
を試みたが同筒33の断は第4図に示すように握
飯状に小であり、同筒3内に入つた飯は容易に摺
動下降することが出来ず、間欠回転円盤14の握

下方向に昇降振動可能に支持し、その昇降振動装
置6を設けてなる握飯製造機によつて構成され

により計量され、同計量飯は上記握飯詰込透孔1
3に入り回転円盤14の間欠回転に連動して握飯
スタンプ18で押えられ、さらに握飯押出板19
により握飯落下切欠部15aから握飯搬出コンベ

向に昇降振動可能に支持し、その昇降振動装置6
が設けられる。機函1の上部には飯供給ホツパー
7を配設し、同ホツパー7の下部に飯回転撹拌下
降装置8を設けその下部に飯搬出コンベヤ2を設
けるものである。飯搬出コンベヤ2の搬出端は機
函1の正面に突出させ、飯収容筒3の内部および
上端開口部の内面には暗色テフロンコーチング3
aを施して暗く保持され、同筒3の上端開口部の
上方に収容飯の上面感知光電管9が設けられる。
上記飯収容筒3は第3図、第4図に示すように3
角形の握飯形断面であるが円形握飯形断面でもよ
い。そして同筒3に設けた昇降摺動案内杆3bを
昇降案内管3cに挿入し、昇降振動可能に支持さ
れる。この昇降振動装置6は水平回転軸10に設
けた偏心カム11で飯収容筒3に設けた横板12
を支持し昇降振動装置6を形成することが出来
る。交互開閉シヤツター4,5の下部には握飯詰
込透孔13を穿設した回転円盤14を配置し、下
面に詰込握飯支持用固定板15を設け、同固定板
15に握飯落下切欠部15aを形成し、同切欠部
15aの下部に握飯搬出コンベヤ16を設ける。
尚図中17で示すものは握飯孔あけ棒、18は握
飯スタンプ、19は握飯押出板、21は交互開閉
シヤツター4,5駆動用シリンダー、22は水平
