Conventionally, this type of bag opening and opening holding device has been designed such that the bag opening of a gusset bag is opened by the suction action of suction cups from both sides, and then the suction cups are moved up and down and opened/closed, and inserted into a mandrel guide to hold the opening. However, since the suction cup is moved up and down and opened and closed intermittently, the efficiency is low and the mechanism is complicated.

Taking these points into consideration, the applicant has developed a suction mechanism that allows a pair of endless belts with equally spaced holes to face each other and continuously move them, as well as to open the bag opening. By providing the bags on the back surfaces of both endless belts at appropriate positions and close to each other, it became possible to efficiently open the bags and insert and protect the openings into the mandrel guides.

In this way, when a flatly folded gusset bag is inserted between a pair of continuously moving perforated endless belts, the gusset bag is sandwiched between the opposing endless belts and rises vertically to a position where both belts are separated. This device opens the mouth of the gusset bag using a provided suction mechanism, and as the endless belt moves, the bag is raised further while the bag is open, and the opened gusset bag is inserted into and held by the mandrel guide waiting above.

Thus, in this case, a cylindrical bag is sandwiched between opposing endless belts and vertically rises, the bag opening is opened by a suction mechanism, and as the endless belt moves, the bag is raised further while remaining open, and is moved to a mandrel guide waiting above. This makes it possible to efficiently insert an opened bag and mold and hold it in a square bottom bag.

In addition, between these plates 1 and 2, pulleys 3 and 3', 4 and 4', 5 and 5', and 6 and 6' are arranged in parallel and facing each other in pairs upwardly, and furthermore, a pulley 6 , 6', these pulleys 6,
A pair of pulleys 7, 7' are disposed outside of the pulley 6', and both are rotatably supported in the axial direction, and endless belts 8, 8' having a pair of holes 9, 9' are successively stretched around the pulleys 7, 7'. That is, the endless belts 8 and 8' are connected to pulleys 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
3, as well as 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', and 3', and the respective shafts of pulleys 3 and 3' are extended to connect gears 16 and 16' (however, 16' is not shown). The rotation of the driving power source is connected to the endless belt 8,
8'. The holes 9, 9' (however, 9' is not shown) in the endless belts 8, 8' are shown as three round holes horizontally and vertically spaced at equal intervals over the entire circumference. The arrangement, number, and shape of the holes need not be limited to those shown in the figures, and as the belt material, commercially available belt materials may be used as appropriate in addition to synthetic rubber materials. The arrangement of the pulleys is such that the lower pulleys 3 and 3' are slightly separated from each other so that the bags can be fed upwards, and the intermediate pulleys 4 and 4' arranged above them, and the intermediate pulleys 5 and 5 slightly above them. After the belts 8 and 8' are brought into close contact with each other so that the bag is clamped between them, the distance between the upper pulleys 6 and 6' is widened upward, and the pulleys 5 and 6, 5' and 6 are The belts 8, 8' between ' are widened upward and inclined,
Box-shaped intake tanks 13, 13 are arranged on the back side of the belts 8, 8' on this slope so as to open toward the belts 8, 8', and connected to the suction side of the ring floor via pipes 14, 14'. Make the connection. Note that the surface of the intake tank 13, 13' that is close to the belt 8, 8' is the fifth
As shown in the figure, elongated holes 18, 18' are provided in parallel with the arrangement of the round holes 9, 9' of the belts 8, 8', and air is taken in through the round holes 9, 9' of the belts.
8' performs suction on the bag being carried, and continues opening and transporting the bag. The pulleys 4, 4' have their axes aligned with the vertical holes 15, 15', and their positions can be adjusted up and down, and each belt pulley 3, 4, 5, 6,
For belts 7, 3', 4', 5', 6', and 7', uneven portions may be provided on the back surface of the belt, that is, on the pulley contact surface and on the outer peripheral surface of each belt pulley to prevent the belt from slipping. The upper pulleys 6, 6' are provided with upper pulleys 7, 6' and 7' at the same height on the sides and spaced apart from each other.
A pair of rotating rolls (made of rubber) 12, 12 are provided above the upper pulleys 6, 6' which return the feed of the belts 8, 8' to the pulleys 3, 3' in parallel at an appropriate interval. ′, the upper pulley 6,
Belts 11 and 11' are stretched between the rolls 12 and 12' so that the rotation of the rollers 6' is transmitted to the rolls 12 and 12', respectively. Furthermore, these rolls 12, 12' are structured so that they come into contact with and separate from the sides of mandrel guides 17, 17' which wait above and open and close like bird's beaks, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 2. It is arranged above the side surface of the base 1. Also the 7th
As shown in the figure, the shafts of the upper pulleys 6, 6' are extended to serve as pivot points 25, 25', and the L-shaped levers 24, 2 have rolls 12, 12' attached to their upper tips.
4', and the other ends of L-shaped levers 24, 24' connect connecting rods 26, 26' to both ends of a movable plate 27 that moves up and down, respectively. The movable plate 27 is moved up and down along a pair of vertical axes 29 and 29' by the operation of an air cylinder 30 fixed to the side surface of the base 1. The air cylinder 30 is operated by the movable plate 27 and the connecting rod 2.
6, 26' and L-shaped levers 24, 24' to open the rolls 12, 12'.
7, 17', and swings in the direction of the arrow. Although the mechanism shown in FIG. 7 is used here to open and close the rolls 12, 12' in the lateral direction, the mechanism is not limited to this, and the rolls 12, 12' may be operated using a cam lever, a solenoid, etc. Good too.

である。 In the upper center of this device, mandrel guides 17 and 17', which operate to open and close as described above, are provided for the bag forming holding mechanism, into which the gusset bag 20 is inserted, as shown in Fig. 4 A and B. As shown in the perspective view of Fig. 6, when viewed from above, it has the shape of two U-shaped frames combined, and the rotation support shafts 19, 19' at the upper end are connected to the square bag 22. The lower tip acts as a fulcrum for opening and closing,
A hopper 23 is arranged above it, and its square lower part 23' is assembled within the square frame of the mandrel guides 17, 17'. The mandrel guides 17, 17' are part of the packaging mechanism and are attached to a disc or an endless chain, or one or more mandrel guides, and the one shown in this figure is of a structure that moves intermittently in the lateral direction.
