Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pack cosmetic having an extremely short coating film formation time, large percutaneously absorbing action of skin activating component and providing the skin with a feeling of proper tension, containing a water- dispersible emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene. CONSTITUTION:A pack cosmetic containing a water-dispersible emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene having 200,000-500,000 molecular weight, especially 400,000-1,300,000 molecular weight as a pack film forming agent. The water- dispersible emulsion, for example, is obtained by dissolving trans-1,4-polyisoprene in a solubilizing organic solvent (e.g., benzene, carbon tetrachloride or THF), emulsifying the solution with an aqueous solution of a surfactant and removing the solvent used at low temperature under reduced pressure. In drying and forming a film of trans-1,4-polyisoprene, a skin activating component, etc., contained in a water-dispersible emulsion are pushed outside, efficiently brought into contact with the skin to exhibit excellent effects as pack.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, with conventional film pack cosmetics, the drying time is long, and the drying time is about 10 to 20 degrees, which puts a burden on the user. In terms of efficacy, there are drawbacks such as low skin tension and poor transdermal absorption of skin-stimulating ingredients, and it has been a challenge to overcome these drawbacks.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, we adopted a means for creating a pack cosmetic containing a water-dispersible emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene water as a pack coating agent. This is what I did. The details will be described below.

First, the trans-1,4-polyisoprene of this invention is a polymer whose repeating unit is -CHzC=CCHz-H,C, and the trans-1,4-polyisoprene having the same 1,4-polyisoprene bond. 4-Polyisoprene, the repeating unit, is in a stereoisomeric relationship with the polymer. and cis-1
,4-polyisoprene is a typical rubber elastic body like natural rubber, but trans-1,4-polyisoprene is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer, and trans-1,4-polyisoprene used in this invention The molecular weight of polyisoprene is preferably from 200,000 to 1.5 million, more preferably from 400,000 to 1.
It is within the range of 300,000. This is because if the molecular weight is lower than this range, the strength of the formed film will be low, the tension given to the skin will be weak when used as a pack, and the bank will be easily torn when removed from the skin. On the other hand, if the molecular weight is higher than the above range, the process efficiency for polymerization and obtaining a water-dispersible emulsion of this polymer will deteriorate, which is undesirable because it will be difficult to manufacture.

Table 1 Table 2 Furthermore, the water-dispersible emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene of the present invention is prepared by dispersing trans-1,4-polyisoprene in a soluble organic solvent such as benzene, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, tetrahydrofuran. It is obtained by dissolving in trichlorethylene, chlorobenzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, turpentine oil, naphtha, mineral turpentine, etc., emulsifying it with a commercially available surfactant aqueous solution, and removing the organic solvent used at low temperature and reduced pressure. The method is not particularly limited as long as the trans-1,4-polyisoprene is dispersed in water in the form of an emulsion.

The water-dispersed emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene of the present invention is based on a different mechanism of action from conventional vinyl packs. That is, the conventional film-forming pack raw material is made by dissolving a polymer compound in water, and the polymer itself hydrates with water, thereby incorporating and dissolving water. Therefore, the drying time is also inevitably longer.

On the other hand, the water-dispersible emulsion of trans-1,4-polyisoprene of the present invention has water-insoluble trans-1,
Since 4-polyisoprene is stabilized by dispersing it in water using a surfactant, the amount of water dissolved in the polymer is extremely small. Therefore, when used as a pack, water evaporation or volatility is good and drying time can be shortened. Since trans-1,4-polyisoprene is crystalline, the skin-activating ingredients added to this water-dispersible emulsion are extruded out during dry film formation, and the extruded skin-activating ingredients are added to the water-dispersible emulsion. As a result of efficient contact with the skin, it becomes effective as a pack.

Moreover, since trans-1,4-polyisoprene is a crystalline polymer and has a double bond in its main chain, it exhibits rubber-like behavior and has elasticity. For this reason, when used as a puncture, it always applies appropriate pressure to the skin, creating a feeling of tension and being effective in smoothing out wrinkles.

As mentioned above, packs using trans-1,4-polyisoprene have short drying time for film formation, provide a moderate feeling of tension when used, and at the same time promote blood circulation and increase transdermal absorption. It shows the effect.
