【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、流体等の振動を吸収し、配管ライン
の軸及び軸直角方向の変位を吸収するために各種
流体の配管途中に組み込まれて使用し、外周をブ
レードで被覆したチユーブとフランジの取付部分
に溶接個所のないフレキシブルチユーブに関する

従来のフレキシブルチユーブは例えば第2図に
示す如く、外周をブレード21で被覆したチユー
ブ22の端部に接続用金具であるフランジ23を
取付けるための外周方向に突出した鍔部を有する
カラー24を外装し、このカラー24とチユーブ
22とを一体的に溶着した構造が一般的に採用さ
れていた。しかし上記の様な構造では溶接部分の
材料が劣化して使用中に割れ等の発生を起こすの
みならず、溶接を要する為に手間がかかり、溶接
肉盛り部を均一にするための研摩作業を必要とす
る等、製品の品質上および製作上、作業時等に多
くの問題を生じていた。また、本考案の出願人が
先に出願した実開昭52−134823号公報は、溶接個
所のないフレキシブルチユーブであつた。しか
し、実開昭52−134823号は、ブレードが単にフラ
ンジの内側に入つているだけのものであつたた
め、フランジの締め付けが弱い場合には、ブレー

本考案は上記のような問題点に鑑み、これを改
良すべく考案されたものであつて、溶接作業を要
せず、簡易な構成でしかも強固な連結を成し得る
フレキシブルチユーブを提供する事を目的とする
ものである。本考案は、外側をブレードにて被覆
したスパイラル管の端部外周面にフランジを嵌入
してなるフレキシブルチユーブにおいて、フラン
ジの外側面には座金を介在さしてスパイラル管の
前端部を押潰して鍔部を形成し、一方フランジの
内側面には凹部を穿設し、該凹部内にスパイラル
管の適宜位置に設けられた輪状凸部にて抜け止め
されている外周凹部を有する内側リング内にブレ
ードの端部を添わせて輪状の外側リングにて強制
押圧して嵌合させ、外周凹部内にブレードの端部
を抜け止め嵌合するようにしたことを特徴とする

ル管で外側全域にブレード2を被覆してあり、端
部を切断して、外周面にフランジ3に嵌入し、該
端部を引き伸ばした状態で、フランジ3の外側面
に座金5を介在さして該座金5と添わしてスパイ
ラル管1の前端部を押潰して鍔部1aを形成して
ある。一方、フランジ3の内側面には、内面円周
に削り込みの凹部3aが穿設されており、上記ス
パイラル管1外周面にあらかじめ嵌入され、しか
も該凹部3a内には該スパイラル管1の適宜位置
に設けられた輪状凸部1bにて抜け止めされてい
る外周凹部6aを有する内側リング6内に上記ブ
レード2の端部が添わせてあり、輪状の外側リン
グ7が内側リング6の外周凹部6a内に強制押圧
して嵌合され、ブレード2の端部の抜け止めをし
ている。該外側リング7の強制押圧は前記スパイ
ラル管1の前端部を押圧して鍔部1aを形成する
前に行なわれ、上記ブレードの端部を添わせて内
側リング6の外周凹部6a内に外側リング7を強
制押圧して嵌合したのち、該内側リング6を上記
フランジ3の内側の凹部3aに嵌め込んで後、ス
パイラル管1の先端に座金5を介して鍔部1aを

の種フレキシブルチユーブに存在した溶接個所が
一切なく、しかも、スパイラル管1、ブレード2
に抜け方向の力が加わつてもブレード2の先端が
内側リング6の外周凹部6aに引つ掛るとともに
外側リング7にて押圧されているので抜けること
が一切なくて簡易な構成にかかわらず強固な連結
状態が保たれる。特に本考案のブレード2の端部
は、雌状からなる内側リング6の外周凹部6a
と、雄状からなる外側リング7との間に強制押圧
して嵌合把持させるとともに、輪状凸部1bにて
ブレード2の抜け止め効果が従来のものより一層
強固なものとなつた。又、溶接作業がないため従
来のような熟練工を必要とせず、製作工数も少な
くなつて製品のコストダウンも望まれ、更には溶
接に起因する不良個所を一掃できるために耐用寿
命が長期間である等、多大な効果を有するフレキ
