Abstract

PURPOSE:To rationalize inspection work, by preparing an inspection paper wherein previous inspection data are arranged in a time-series manner for respective inspection items using a computer to inspect equipment based on the inspection paper. CONSTITUTION:Prior to inspection work, by the operation of a keyboard 2B, an inspection item preset on a computer 1 is extracted to edit a previous data pertaining to the inspection item in a time-series manner and an inspection paper is prepared with a printer 2C. After the end of cyclic inspection, by the operation of the keyboard 2B, an inspection data is inputted into the computer 1 while checking it with a CRT 2A. The computer 1 compares the inspection data with a reference value to determine whether it is a normal value or not and the results of the comparison are displayed on the CRT 2A as each inspection data is inputted. Thus, equipment is inspected according to the inspection paper to enter a data inspected and a change in the data is judged without depending on human labor thereby eliminating overlook of a sign of abnormality in the equipment. This also allows amitting of inspection for an item with little change in the inspection data.

For example, at substations, equipment installed there is regularly inspected in an effort to discover abnormalities in the equipment.
Conventional inspection methods rely on patrol inspectors checking whether the values of inspection items are within normal ranges (within upper and lower limits) and on intuition based on the patrol inspector's experience.

In other words, the patrol inspector conducts regular inspections on a daily or weekly basis using the inspection form in the inspection diary in which inspection items are written, writes the results on the inspection form, and then A patrol inspection report is created based on the inspection data. To explain this inspection work more specifically, for example, as shown in Fig. 6, the inspection form 4 of the inspection diary is part 1.
The form is divided into monthly units and can be checked and filled out on a weekly basis. Therefore, when carrying out inspection work, carry the inspection form 4, follow the route around the substation, and inspect the equipment such as circuit breakers and transformers installed inside the substation. In particular, for equipment designated as a patrol inspection item on that day, the indicated value of the measuring instrument attached to the equipment is read and entered in the 5th column of the inspection form 4.

The measuring instrument displays the normal and abnormal ranges, and the abnormal range is displayed in red, for example. Based on the display, the patrol inspector determines whether the indicated value of the measuring instrument is normal or not. Fill in the inspection summary. However, even if the indicated value is within the normal range upon inspection, if it is judged to have significantly changed compared to the inspection results from the previous week or based on experience, we suspect the possibility of an abnormality and will investigate further. We are conducting thorough inspections.

As mentioned above, each sheet of Inspection Summary 4 is for each month, and columns are provided to enter inspection data sequentially starting from the first day of the week in order to perform inspections on a weekly basis. Finding signs of abnormalities for which little data is recorded and therefore requires delicate judgment by comparing trends in changes in past inspection data depends on the level of skill of the patrol inspector. There is a risk that an oversight may lead to an accident. Furthermore, even if there are items that hardly change in each inspection and can be omitted, there is a problem that inspections that can be omitted cannot be carried out rationally because there is no past inspection data.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention makes it possible to correctly determine abnormalities in equipment without relying on the judgment of patrol inspectors, and to omit inspections of inspection items for which there are few changes in inspection data, thereby simplifying inspection work. This paper proposes a method of inspecting equipment that can be carried out rationally.

When performing inspection work, a computer is created to input inspection items and inspection data. As a result, the computer arranges past inspection data for each inspection item in chronological order and creates an inspection form with a column for entering inspection data at the time of inspection. The zero-round inspector inspects the equipment based on the created inspection form. Inspect and fill in the inspection form 0 After inspection work is completed, manually enter the inspection data into the computer.

This inspection omission criterion takes into consideration the characteristics of each inspection item, that is, increasing type data such as a tachometer that counts the number of times the circuit breaker oil pump operates, and constant type data that does not change during normal conditions such as the oil level of the circuit breaker. From the past N inspection data,
For example, if the data is of a fixed form, the average is -7, and the standard deviation σ
For example, when τ±3 is within the normal value range, on the other hand,
If the data is of an increasing type, the average value σ is calculated from the past N inspection data, and if the previous inspection data is Q, then the inspection is omitted if, for example, Q+3σ or less. In addition, the computer 1 edits the inspection data for N inspections by chronologically arranging them in chronological order so that the trends of past inspection data can be seen, as well as the inspection data entry field for the inspection day.
At C, the inspection form is printed out along with a code indicating omission of the inspection to create the inspection form 4 shown in FIG.

Here, the patrol inspector carries the prepared inspection form 4 (see FIG. 4), performs inspections based on the inspection items written on it, and records the inspection data. Inspection is omitted for inspection items for which a - sign indicating omission of inspection is displayed. On the other hand, for inspection items that are recognized to change compared to the inspection data each time, we compare them with past inspection data to determine whether or not there is a sudden change even if the value is within the normal range. If so, signs of abnormalities can be detected from the changes.

After completing such a tour inspection, inspection form 4 is completed.
The inspection data is displayed on the CRT by operating the keyboard 2B.
While inputting 611 t= on the display 2C, enter it into the computer 1 (S5) (S6). When the inspection data is input, the computer 1 compares the inspection data with a pass/fail reference value to determine whether the inspection data is a normal value or an abnormal value, and displays the comparison result on the CRT display 2A each time each inspection data is input. to be displayed. Note that when an operation to create an inspection report is performed using the keyboard 2B (S7), the inspection report is printed out using the printer 2C (S8).

FIG. 5 shows different configurations of the inspection data input/output device for carrying out the present invention, in which the central combinator L is installed at different substations: ...5N are connected by communication lines 6A...6N. The controllers 5A to 5N of each substation are connected to a CRT display 2A, a keyboard 2B, and a printer 2C, respectively. With this configuration, the central computer 1 can centrally control the terminals 2 of each substation. In addition, in this case, each terminal device 2.2

As described in detail above, the present invention provides a method for starting inspection work.
Using a computer into which inspection items and inspection data are input, past data for each inspection item is arranged in chronological order, and an inspection form is created with a column for entering inspection data at the time of inspection. Since the equipment is inspected, the inspection data is entered, and changes are determined, signs of abnormalities in the equipment are not overlooked, and inspections of inspection items for which there are almost no changes in inspection data can be omitted.
