Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify mask position adjustment work, shorten adjustment time and increase working efficiency by providing a clamper for holding a mask, in a freely detachable manner, on a base for a printer, a magazine for storing the mask and two pushers for transporting the mask to designated positions for the magazine and the base. CONSTITUTION:A screen printer is equipped with a clamper 25 for holding a mask 24, in a freely detachable manner, on a base 21 for a printer, a magazine 30 for storing the mask 25 and two pushers 31, 32 for transporting the mask 25 to specified positions for the magazine 30 and base 21. To replace the mask, first insertion of a cylinder 29 into a pin hole 24a and the pressing of the mask 24 by the clamper 25 are released and the mask 24 is removed. Then the mask 24 is discharged into a mask shelf 30a of a magazine 30a from the base 21 by the pusher 32. The magazine 30 is moved to a position where the mask can be replaced, and a replacement mask is supplied to the surface of the mask 21 by the pusher 31. 方のガイドレール23に設けられている。26は前記ベ
ース21上に各マスク24を押さえる板ばねで、前記両
ガイドレール22.23に各々プレート27.28を介
して取り付けられている。29は前記マスク24のビン
孔24aに挿抜する位置決め用のシリンダで、前記ベー
ス21の上方に設けられている。30は多種類のマスク
24を上下方向に保持するマスク棚30aを有するマガ
ジンで、前記クランパ25の側方に昇降自在に設けられ
ている。31はマスク供給用のプッシャーで、前記マガ
ジン30の一方側に進退自在に設けられており、前記ベ
ース21上の所定位置にマスク24を移送(供給)する
ように構成されている。32はマスク排出用のプッシャ
ーで、前記マガジン30の他方側に進退自在に設けられ
ており、前記マスク棚30aの所定位置にマスク24を
移送(排出)するように構成されている。なお、33は
前記マガジン30を上下駆動するエレベーション機構で
ある。
