Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the replacement of a helical isolator easily by a method wherein a retainer bar, which is attached to a structure, is possessed of a such a structure that bolt fastening parts can be inserted from the side on which an electronic component is mounted. CONSTITUTION:Land sections 301 are provided to an upper and a lower end of a retainer bar 3A in a lateral direction respectively. Inserting holes 302 adapted for attaching bolts 6 are provided to the lands 301. The inserting holes 302 can be free from the interference of an electronic equipment mounting retainer bar 2. Therefore, the bolts 6 are inserted into the inserting holes 302 of the retainer bar 3A, which is attached to a structure, from a space on the side that the electronic component is mounted so as to mount a helical isolator 1A onto a structure wall 5. By these processes, a helical isolator can be eaily replaced.

Since the conventional helical isolator had the above structure, both spaces separated by the structure wall (5) were required as access spaces when attaching and detaching the helical isolator (1). Therefore, as in aircraft, the space for mounting electronic equipment is extremely narrow, and the access space required to install the helical isolator (1) is
If only one side to which the electronic equipment fixing frame ('7) is attached is permitted (which is the case in most cases), the helical isolator (1) should be installed only at the stage of manufacturing or modifying the A pickle (aircraft, etc.). There have been problems such as the helical isolator (1) cannot be attached to an object, it is impossible to attach or detach the helical isolator (1) after the structure is completed, and it is virtually impossible to replace the helical isolator (1). .

With conventional helical eyelets (1), when fixing it to a structure wall (5), the bolts (6) must be inserted from the space on the side where the electronic equipment is installed. Although it was impossible to install the side retainer bar (3) in Figure 1, it was impossible to attach it to the structure due to interference from the bar (2).
By improving as shown in A), the bolt insertion hole (30
1) To avoid interference with the side retainer bar (2) when installing electronic equipment, move the bolt (6) from the space on the side where the electronic device is installed to the side retainer bar (3A) when installing the electronic device. The helical isolator (IA) can be attached to the structure wall (5) by being inserted into the insertion hole (302).
Attach the electronic device fixing frame ('7) using bolts (8) inserted from inside the frame. This completes the installation of the helical eyelets (IA).
