Generally, in the case of a seat belt device for a front seat of an automobile, an anchor member that supports a portion of the seat belt is located on the rear side of the front seat and is provided on the vehicle body. However, in the case of two-door automobiles, there is a problem that if the anchor member is fixedly provided at such a position, it will get in the way when people get on and off the rear seat. The anchor member is provided so as to be rotatable back and forth, and the anchor member and the seat back of the front seat are directly connected by, for example, a control wire.
The anchor member is rotated rearward in conjunction with the seat back of the front seat that is tilted forward when getting on and off the rear seat, and is retracted to a position where it does not interfere with getting on and off the rear seat. The anchor member was configured to be rotated forward as the anchor member is returned to its position.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to make it easier to get on and off the rear seat by rotating the anchor member rearward in conjunction with the forward tilt of the seat back of the front seat. When the seatback of the seat is returned to its original position and the anchor member is advanced forward, the anchor member is allowed to rotate freely within a predetermined angle range, even if various conditions such as the occupant's body shape change. To provide a seat belt device that easily adapts to the body shape of an occupant by always keeping a seat belt and an anchor member in a straight line.

Below, Figures 1 to 3 are related to the first embodiment of the present invention.
This will be explained with reference to the figures. First, in Figure 1, 1
2 is a two-door car body; 2 is an entrance/exit door formed on both left and right sides of the car body 1; 3 is a front seat disposed within the car body 1 so as to be movable back and forth; and a seat back 4 of the front seat 3. is rotatably attached to the rear end of the seat 5 via a plate 6, and the front is tilted forward from the normal position (see solid line in Figure 1) so as not to get in the way when getting on and off the rear seat 7. It is designed so that it can be rotated to a tilted position (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1). Reference numeral 8 designates a seat belt for the front seat 3, one end of which is connected to a retractor 8a fixed to the vehicle body 1, a midway portion passing through a ring 9 fixed to the top of the vehicle body 1, and the other end attached to the front seat belt. It is connected to an anchor plate 10, which is an anchor member provided on the vehicle body 1 and located at the rear side of the seat 3. 11 is a tongue provided in the middle of the seat belt 8, and the seat belt 8 is connected to the retractor 8.
Pull out this tongue 11 from the front seat 3.
By engaging with a buckle body (not shown) provided on the opposite side of the anchor plate 10, the occupant of the front seat 3 can be restrained. Note that when the seat belt is fastened, the seat belt 8 can be pulled out from the retractor 8a, but if a sudden pulling force is applied to the seat belt 8 due to an accident or the like, a lock mechanism is activated to prevent the seat belt from being pulled out and protect the occupant. It is binding. Now, in FIGS. 2 and 3 showing the attachment structure of the anchor plate 10 to the vehicle body 1, 1
Reference numeral 2 denotes a fixing plate, at one end and the other end of which a detent claw part 13 and a rising part 14 are bent to engage with an engagement recess 1a formed in the vehicle body 1, respectively;
It is fixed to the vehicle body 1 with bolts 16 via spacers 15. Reference numeral 17 denotes a rotating plate corresponding to an interlocking member, which is rotatably pivoted on the bolt 16, and a torsion coil spring 18 provided around the spacer 15.
It is always biased in the counterclockwise direction, and its front edge is always brought into contact with the rising portion 14 of the fixed plate 12. The anchor plate 10 is pivotally supported by bolts 16 so as to overlap this rotating plate 17, so that it can be rotated back and forth relative to the vehicle body 1. Reference numerals 19 and 20 denote a pair of first and second hook portions that are integrally bent on the rotating plate 17, and are provided at a predetermined distance apart from each other at positions sandwiching the anchor plate 10 from both the front and rear sides. The plate 10 can freely rotate relative to the rotating plate 17 between the first and second hook portions 19 and 20. Reference numeral 21 denotes a control wire corresponding to a connecting member, which is constructed by inserting an inner wire 23 into a flexible outer tube 22, and connects one end of the inner wire 23 to the plate 6 of the seat back 4 of the front seat 3. At the same time, the other end of the bolt 16 is connected to the rotating plate 17 to a tensioning part 17a formed protrudingly on the opposite side of the hook parts 19 and 20 forming part, so that the front part of the seat back 4 of the front seat 3 is connected to the tension part 17a. The rotating plate 17 is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise in conjunction with the tilting and return to the normal position.

In the above configuration, when the seat back 4 of the front seat 3 is in the normal position as shown by the solid line in FIG. Due to the elastic force of the spring 18, the front edge portion is rotated to a position where it comes into contact with the rising portion 14 of the fixed plate 12, and the anchor plate 10 is rotated forward to the extended position where it is advanced toward the front seat 3 side. Yes (see solid line in Figure 1). From this state, rear seat 7
When the seat back 4 of the front seat 3 is tilted forward in order to get into the vehicle, the tension portion 17a of the rotating plate 17 is pulled to the left via the inner wire 23 of the control wire 21, so that the rotating plate 17 is rotated clockwise. As a result, the first hook portion 19 comes into contact with the front edge of the anchor plate 10, forcing it to rotate rearward and reach the retracted position (first
(See the two-dot chain line in the figure). This ensures a wide passage, making it easy to get into the rear seat 7. After getting into the rear seat 7 in this way, when the seat back 4 of the front seat 3 is returned to its normal position, the inner wire 23 becomes loose and the rotating plate 17
is rotated counterclockwise by the elastic force of the torsion coil spring 18 and returns to its original position. At this time, rotating plate 1
The second hook portion 20 of No. 7 contacts the rear edge of the anchor plate 10 and forcibly rotates it forward, returning the anchor plate 10 to the advanced position on the side of the front seat 3. As a result, the tongue 11 of the seat belt 8 is positioned closer to the front seat 3, so when the occupant gets on the front seat 3 and puts on the seat belt 8, the tongue 11 can be easily grasped. It's convenient. Now, when the anchor plate 10 is in this advanced position, the anchor plate 10 has its rear edge in contact with the second hook 20 (see the solid line in FIG. 2) and its front edge in the position where it abuts on the first hook 19. It can be freely rotated between the position where it abuts (see the one-dot chain line in Figure 2).
Therefore, even if the body shape of the occupant or the longitudinal position of the front seat 3 differs, the anchor plate 10 can freely rotate accordingly, and the seat belt 8 and the anchor plate 10 are always in a straight line. The seat belt 8 can be attached to the occupant. As a result, in the event that a collision occurs and forward inertia force acts on the occupant, the occupant can be restrained immediately, so that the occupant can be reliably protected.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and the difference from the first embodiment is that the plate 6 of the seat back 4 of the front seat 3 extends downward to form an arm portion 25. One end of a linking rod 26 as a linking member is rotatably connected to this arm 25. 27 is a connecting portion corresponding to an interlocking member integrally formed at the other end of the connecting rod 26;
This connecting portion 27 is formed with a long hole 28 extending laterally. A connecting pin 29 is fixed in an upright position in the middle of the anchor plate 10 and is fitted into the elongated hole 28 of the connecting rod 26. As a result, the front and rear edges of the elongated hole 28 corresponding to the first and second hook portions are connected to the connecting pin 2.
It will be located sandwiching 9 from the front and back. According to the above configuration, the seat back 4 of the front seat 3
As the linking rod 26 advances to the right due to the forward tilt of the anchor plate 10, the front edge of the elongated hole 28 corresponding to one of the hooks comes into contact with the linking pin 29 and rotates the anchor plate 10 to the rear retracted position. (See the two-dot chain line in Figure 4). Also, when the seat back 4 is returned to the normal position,
The rear edge of the elongated hole 28, which corresponds to the other hook, abuts the connecting pin 29 to advance the anchor plate 10 to the forward advanced position (see solid line in FIG. 4). In this extended position, the connecting pin 29 can move between the front edge and the rear edge of the elongated hole 28, so the anchor plate 10 can move freely between the position shown by the dashed line in FIG. 4 and the position shown by the solid line. It can be rotated. As a result, as in the first embodiment, the seat belt 8 can be worn with the seat belt 8 and the anchor plate 10 always in a straight line, and the protection of the occupant can be further ensured.

As described above, the present invention allows the anchor member to rotate rearward in conjunction with the forward tilting of the seat back of the front seat, making it easy to get on and off the rear seat, and also allowing the seat back to return to its original position. When the anchor member is advanced forward,
Since the anchor member can be freely rotated within a predetermined angle range, the seat belt can be worn so that the seat belt and the anchor member are always in a straight line,
This allows the seat belt to easily conform to the body shape of the occupant.
