PURPOSE:To secure high watertightness on covering up fringe portion of a door when the door is closed by attaching a hollow seal abutting on inner cabin side of a door fringe portion to a vehicle body side, and extending a lip member on outer cabin side of the hollow seal. CONSTITUTION:A weather strip 8 is attached to a sill outer panel 6 in door opening portion of a vehicle body side on a position abutting on inner cabin side of a fringe portion 4 of a door panel 1, and a door weather strip 7 is attached to the door panel 1 on an inner panel member 2. A lip member 10 is extended on outer cabin side of a hollow seal portion 9 of the weather strip 8, and the door fringe portion 4 is covered up when the door is closed.
