大切なことがわかる。 An investigation into the actual circumstances of the fires reveals that in most cases, the first person who discovered the fires did not take appropriate action, which resulted in the fires spreading and causing many casualties.
This is because managers, employees, etc. have not received specific training on how to deal with fires, so they often become upset when a sudden accident occurs. If the fire department had been contacted immediately when the fire was discovered, or if customers had been properly guided, there are many cases in which a large fire could have been avoided, or everyone could have evacuated without much confusion. many. These facts show that education and training on how to deal with fires and how to handle equipment related to fire alarms is extremely important.

In particular, there is a problem in that it is difficult to become skilled in operating devices related to fire alarms, since they are not used on a daily basis. Furthermore, if you have to refer to an instruction manual or the like and memorize how to deal with a fire each time, you tend to neglect it due to the hassle.

In the fire alarm receiver described above, at least a memory circuit that stores how to handle equipment related to the fire alarm or what to do in the event of a fire, and instructions from an instruction manual button or a button to explain what to do in the event of a fire during normal times are provided. means for outputting the stored contents of the memory circuit when receiving an instruction signal or a fire signal from a fire alarm receiver in the event of a fire; and when the means is activated, outputting the stored contents through a voice synthesis circuit. Further, when a voice message explaining what to do in the event of a fire is output from the speaker, it is determined that an operation corresponding to the voice message has been performed, and the next voice message is output. The present invention provides a fire alarm receiver which is equipped with a means for giving commands and can explain by voice how to handle equipment related to the fire alarm, what to do in the event of a fire, etc. An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

機能を有する。 The drawing is a block diagram of a fire alarm receiver according to an embodiment of the invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a conventional fire alarm receiver, and fire information received there is sent to a computer 3 via an input/output device 2. Here, the computer 3 is composed of a central processing unit (CPU) 4, a variable data delivery memory (RAM) 5, and a read-only memory (ROM) 6. It is assumed that the ROM 6 stores instructions on how to use equipment related to the fire alarm and how to deal with a fire. Memorized messages for how to deal with a fire include, ``A fire has broken out in the 〇〇〇〇 area. Please check the scene.'' ``Please stop the main bell.'' ``Please call the site.'' It is. Reference numeral 7 indicates an instruction manual button, and 8 indicates a button explaining how to deal with a fire, both of which are connected to the input/output device 2. Further, one of the outputs of the computer 3 is sent to the speaker 1 via an input/output device 9, an interface 10, a speech synthesis circuit 11, and an amplifier 12.
3, and the other one is provided to a simple display (eg, 7 segments, lamp, buzzer, etc.) 16 via an input/output device 14 and an interface 15. Furthermore, when the central processing unit 4 operates the fire response explanation button 8 or outputs a voice message explaining the fire response from the speaker 13 upon receiving a fire signal, the central processing unit 4 performs an operation corresponding to the output message. It has the function of determining what has been done and instructing the output of the next voice message.

The CPU 4 reads out the content to be explained from the ROM 6, drives the speech synthesis circuit 11 via the input/output device 9 and the interface 10, amplifies its output with the amplifier 12, and operates the speaker 13.
Instructions on how to use the device are provided via voice. Similarly, by supplying the output of the computer 3 to the simple display 16 via the input/output device 14 and the interface 15 to display a simple explanation, it is possible to supplement the audio explanation with visual appeal.

For example, if a message saying "Fire has broken out in the 〇〇〇 area, please check the scene" is issued due to a pseudo-alarm by operating the button 8 explaining how to deal with a fire, then input the response after checking the scene. Then, the next message "Please stop the main bell." is output. Furthermore, if the main bell stop operation of the receiver is performed in response to this message, the main bell stop operation will be detected and the next message ``Please call the local area.'' will be issued.

The speaker 13 is activated on the route, and for example, "Fire has occurred in the 〇〇〇〇 area. Please check the scene."
Messages such as ``Please stop the main bell.'' or ``Please call the local area.''
The matters to be dealt with are clearly indicated through the speaker 13 and the simple display 16. In this case, one instruction may be given, and the next instruction may be given after the corresponding operation is performed, so that unexpected accidents can be calmly dealt with. Furthermore, by displaying a switch or the like to be operated in a flashing manner, it is possible to easily grasp the operation target.

If you always learn these skills, you won't be upset in an emergency, and you can expect to be able to extinguish fires in the early stages, notify fire extinguishers, guide evacuations, etc., and be useful in minimizing the spread of disasters. In particular, since audio is used for explanations, it has great appeal to users and is easy to understand.

This makes it possible to train more effective fire response methods. In addition, in the event of a fire, the system waits for the corresponding operation before proceeding to a voice message for the next countermeasure, so even in a chaotic situation due to a fire outbreak, appropriate fire response and receiver operation can be ensured.
