方向pまたはqから下金型Bをa1,a2の凹陥部に
嵌入して装着し、上金型Dと下金型Bの関係位置
を、帯状部材a1またはa2の側面に設けた固定ねじ
bで調整しつつ下金型Bをベース板Aに固定する
ものである。この方法においては下金型Bの装着
方向は帯状部材a1,a2の長手方向pまたはqから
に限定される装着方向の制約と、下金型Bの関係
位置決めに手間どることにより金型の交換脱着に
多くの時間を要し、特に電線の定寸切断、皮むき
圧着の自動機においては金型の交換頻度が高く、
交換脱着に時間がかかることが生産能力の低下原
因ともなつている。さらに固定ねじでなされる下
金型Bの固定力には限界があり大きい固定力を要

交して設けられ、軸3には回動可能に固定爪2が
軸着されている。案内溝1bに沿つて固定爪操作
カム(以下操作カムという)4が摺動自在に設け
られ、案内溝の厚肉部分1Bの末端開口部は外部
から蓋板7で閉塞し、操作カム4と蓋板7との間
には操作カムを常時薄肉部分方向に付勢する押圧
具としてのばね6が設けられている。図中5は案
内溝1bの底板である。薄肉部1Aの下面には一
端をベース板1にピン10で枢着したL形の固定
爪操作レバー(以下操作レバーという)11が回

解放するには第3図の操作レバー11を矢符uの
方向に回動すると操作カムは第6図の矢符vの方
向に摺動し操作カムのテーパ突起4cと固定爪の
解放突起2bが係合し固定爪を反時計方向(第6
図矢符wの方向)に回動し固定爪は起立の状態か
ら横転の状態に変位して操作カムの凹陥部4aに
収まり固定爪の先端はベース板1の表面と面一に
