Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out distillation, dry distillation and deodorizing treatment of collective waste water in a single step by supplying generated gas to a combustion chamber, together with expelling oxygen in a kettle by increasing the temp. of the kettle placed with the collective waste water to a fixed temp., and by burning under a fixed heating condition to utilize as a part of heating source, together with deodorizing. CONSTITUTION:The batch-type treating kettle 1 and combustion chamber 2 are connected with a gas-supplying pipe 3 having ejecting function. The collective waste water is placed in the kettle 1 and the inside of the kettle 1 is heated up to 500-700 deg.C. By the heating, the water in the treated waste water is expelled as steam, org. substances such as oil component are gasified and the contained inorg. substances such as metal are dried and left in the kettle 1. Then, the steam and generated gas are sent to the combustion chamber 2 through the gas-supplying pipe 3 and burnt with a burner part 4 at 780-1000 deg.C for >=3sec residence time to deodorize, together with utilizing the generated gas as a part of heating source.

That is, after the treated waste liquid is put into a pot formed by connecting a batch-type processing pot and a combustion chamber with an air pipe with an ejector function, the temperature inside the pot is raised to 500 to 70°C, and the oxygen in the pot is removed. At the same time, the gas generated in the pot is sent to the combustion chamber from the air supply pipe, where it burns at 750 to 1000°C with a residence time of 3 seconds or more, serving as a heating source and deodorizing at the same time. When the composite waste liquid is put into a batch-type processing pot and heated, when the temperature inside the pot reaches 500 to 700℃, the water in the processing liquid becomes steam, organic substances such as oil are gasified, and inorganic substances such as metals are dried and a residue is formed. It becomes a substance and remains in the pot. The water vapor and generated gas are then sent into the combustion chamber, where the water vapor evaporates and the generated gas can be used as auxiliary fuel.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention uses the method described above, it is possible to perform distillation, carbonization, and deodorization treatments of various composite waste liquids all at once.

In other words, when the temperature inside the batch type pot rises to 500 to 700°C, the processing liquid starts to thermally decompose, but because the processing pot and combustion chamber are connected to an air supply pipe that has an ejector function, there is a negative pressure inside the processing pot. Further, the moisture and organic matter in the processing liquid become water vapor and combustible gas, respectively, and are sent into the combustion chamber through the air pipe. The water vapor evaporates immediately in the combustion chamber, while the combustible gas is burned in the combustion chamber at a temperature of 750 to 1000°C for a residence time of 3 seconds or more, so it is not only used as an auxiliary fuel for the heating source of the vehicle.

A batch type processing chamber 1 is fitted into a combustion chamber 2, and the processing chamber 1 and combustion chamber 2 are communicated through a gas supply pipe 3, and the burner part 4 is made into a double pipe so as to have an ejector function to suck the generated gas. A water tank 5 is provided in the upper side chamber of the processing chamber 1, and the tank 5 and the gas supply pipe 3
are connected by a vibro to continuously send steam into the air pipe 3, thereby preventing the danger of ignited air gas flowing back through the air pipe 3 and entering the processing chamber 1, causing the processing chamber 1 to explode. It is what it is. A T-shaped rib 3b is connected to the gas supply pipe 3a on the processing chamber 1 side, and one pipe is connected to the burner part 4 and the other pipe is connected to the gas cleaning tank 7 via the cock 8 for gas cleaning. Caustic soda S is injected into the tank 7, and an adsorbent activator K is installed in the upper part to purify and release the remaining gas. A heat insulating cover 9 is wrapped around the gas supply pipe 3 to minimize liquefaction of the gas.
