Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、噛む力を伝達しかつ調整可能な義歯に関する
。口腔整形の分野で広く利用可能である。
［従来の技術及びその課題］ 従来の義歯には、挿入部に中空部を備えたものが知られ
ている。この中空部の雌ねじ部に調整ボルトが螺合され
る。この調整ボルトは、挿入部の先端に載置された先端
ディスクで囲まれている。
この調整ボルトの上端には上部構造体か固定されている
。
この従来の義歯は、噛むときの圧力か深部まで伝わらず
、調整ができないという問題がある。
本発明は、構造及び操作が簡単で、各回毎の噛む圧力か
水平方向及び挿入部の深さ方向に沿う垂直方向で制御さ
れる義歯を提供することを目的とする。
［課題を解決するための手段、作用及び効果コ本発明に
よる義歯は、挿入部に雌ねじを形成した中空部を有し、
この中空部内に調整ボルトが固定される。この調整ボル
トは、挿入部の先端に載置される先端ディスクで囲まれ
る。この先端ディスフには、調整ボルトに固定された上
部構造体が固定される。本発明によれば、調整ボルトは
円錐状部を有し、この先端側にシールリンクが設けられ
る。このシールリングは、中空部の上部に螺合された調
整ブツシュに固定される。この調整ブツシュは挿入部の
外側に突出し、上部構造体が載置される先端ディスクが
その先端部に螺合される。
挿入部の中空部の底部には、弾性ブツシュが固定され、
この弾性ブツシュ内に調整ボルトが螺合される。
本発明による義歯は、構造及び取扱いが簡単で、垂直方
向及び水平方向で噛む圧力をより好適に調整することか
できる。
史に、噛む圧力が挿入部の深さ方向全体に伝達される。
以ド添（＝１図面金参照して本発明の実施例を詳細に説
明する。
［実施例］ 木実施例の義歯は、挿入部１を備え、この挿入部には雌
ねじを形成した中空部が設けられている。
この中空部のｊ底部には弾性ブツシュ２か装着され、こ
の弾性ブツシュには雌ねじを精密加工した開口か設けら
れている。この弾性ブツシュ２には、円錐状部８を形成
した調整ボルト３か螺合されている。この円錐状部８に
はシールリンク４か載置され、このシールリングには調
整ブツシュ５か固定されており、したかってこの調整ブ
ツシュは中空部の上部に固定される。この調整ブツシュ
５は挿入部１の先端から突出し、これに先端ディスク６
か螺合されている。このディスク６には、調整ボルト３
に螺合された上部構造体７に固定されている。
上記義歯は以下の方法で装着することかできる。
旧を自由に手術することかできる範囲で歯ぐき等（ｍｕ
ｃｏｐｅｒｉａｓｔａｌｉｃ　ｌａｍｂｏ　）に局所麻
酔を施す。
古い歯根か残っている場合はこれを取り除き、清浄にし
ておく。殺菌生理溶液（ｓｔｅｒｉｌｅｐｙｓｉｏｌｏ
ｇｉｃａｌ　５ｏｌｕｔｉｏｎ　）で連続的に冷却しつ
つ孔を開け、義歯の挿入部１を固定できる程度の大きさ
にする。義歯を固定するための開口が準備できた後、直
ちに通當の確立された手順にしたがって義歯を埋め込み
、挿入部１の中空部に好適な補助ボルトの端部をねじ込
む。歯くきを縫い合わす。
下顎の場合は３乃至４か月、上顎の場合は４乃至６か月
間この位置に挿入部１を保持する。この挿入部１が強固
に保持されていることか確認された後、義歯を装着する
。始めに、挿入部１に埋め込まれた補助ボルトに円形の
孔を形成し、この後、挿入部１を押圧しかつ保持しつつ
、補助ボルトをねし戻す。
挿入部１の中空部の端部に弾性ブツシュ２をねし込み、
調整ブツシュ５は円錐状部８のシールリンク４の端部に
螺合する。
隣接する歯、相手の歯あるいはブリッジ構造の場合の動
きを考慮して、噛む圧力を所要回数４１１定した後、先
端ディスク６を固定することにより調整ブツシュ５か綿
付けられる。この先端ディスク６は歯肉（ｍｕｃｏｓｅ
）の厚さに合せて装着し、常にこれよりも突出させる。
更に、この後の処置は従来と同様な方法で行うことかで
き、この場合、調整ボルト３の上端に上部構造体７を装
着し、この後、歯冠を装着する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 雌ねじを形成した中空部と、この中空部内に固定された
    調整ボルトとを有する挿入部を備え、この調整ボルトの
    端部が挿入部の先端に載置される先端ディスクで囲まれ
    ることにより、上部構造体に固定される義歯であって、
    前記挿入部（１）の中空部の底部に固定された弾性ブッ
    シュ（２）と、円錐状部（８）を有しかつこの弾性ブッ
    シュ内に螺合される調整ボルト（３）と、この調整ボル
    トの円錐状部に載置され、調整ブッシュ（５）を固定し
    たシールリング（４）とを備え、この調整ブッシュを前
    記中空部に螺合して外側に突出させ、この調整ブッシュ
    上に先端ディスク（６）を螺合し、この先端ディスクに
    上部構造体を設けたことを特徴とする義歯。
