Abstract

によって集光し、液加11.(1または遮光板3上に照
射させる。また、上記レーザヘット4の下端は細く絞ら
れて噴射ノズル7を形成してa3す、そこから下向きに
空気または不活性ガスなどのアシス1〜ガスを噴射させ
る。8はレーザヘッド4の側方に配設した第2の噴射ノ
ズルで被加工材1にお(プるレーザビーム照射部位に向
けて、斜め上方から第2のアシス1〜ガスを噴射するも
のでおる。この構成において、X−Yテーブル2を移動
させながらレーザヘッド4で遮光板3の全面をスキャニ
ングし、レーザビーム5を連続的に照射すると、マスキ
ングされていないスリット部か照射効果によって燃焼し
、他の部分が残って加工パターンと同一の形状の彫刻加
工がなされる。この加工中、レーザヘッドからのアシス
1〜ガスまたは燃焼ガスによって噴き上りを生じ、遮光
板3には上向きの浮力が作用する。しかし、同時に斜め
上方から第2のアシストガスか噴射されるもので、その
下向きの分力によって上記の浮力か打ら消される。この
為、遮光板の浮き上り、   4振動がなくマスクをピ
ッタリと被着した状態でパターンに従った忠実な彫刻加
工ができる。また、ブリッジの弱い部分など製作過程で
屈曲し、浮いている部分でおっても、下向き分力によっ
て被加工材に密着することかできる。
