<Prior art> This type of laminated battery includes one in which adjacent terminal surfaces of multiple stacked unit cells are sequentially bonded with a conductive adhesive,
Alternatively, it is known that a unit cell group in which a plurality of unit cells are stacked is pressurized from above and below using spring terminals or the like, so that adjacent terminal surfaces between the unit cells are brought into pressure contact with each other.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the conventional laminated batteries mentioned above, those of the type that are pressurized with spring terminals, etc., make electrical connection between unit cells only by contact by pressurization. When the force of this spring is weakened or external vibrations are applied, the contact properties of the unit cells tend to deteriorate easily, resulting in problems such as unstable battery performance and poor reliability.

In addition, in the case of a type that uses conductive adhesive, the electrical connectivity between the terminal surfaces between the unit cells deteriorates in areas where the conductive adhesive is once peeled off due to external force after manufacture, which also impairs battery performance. The problem is that it is unstable and unreliable.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the unit cells 1 with the conductive adhesive tape 3 adhered to the negative electrode terminal surface 1a are sequentially laminated in the thickness direction of the unit cell, and the conductive tape is also attached. Finally, unit cells 1 which were similar except that they were not adhered were stacked from above, and a case 4 made of a tin plate with a thickness of 0.2 mm was attached to the outer periphery of the power generating element thus obtained, as shown in Fig. 3. Thus, a laminated battery according to the present invention (product of the present invention) was produced.
