Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive sensible heat type heat exchanger, by a method wherein the sensible heat exchanger is provided with a pair of box type frame bodies, having fusion welding property and whose both ends are opened, and a passage, consisting of fusion welding resin sheet forming a sensible heat exchanging unit, while a plurality of blocks, in which the opening section of one end of the frame body is bonded by fusion to both ends of the passage, is laminated and bonded. CONSTITUTION:A sensible heat type heat exchanger 1 is constituted by laminating and bonding box type frame bodies 2, having fusion welding property and whose both ends are opened, onto blocks 5, consisting of resin sheets 3 having fusion welding property with respect to the frame bodies 2. The block 5 is formed of the frame bodies 2 and the resin sheets 3, whose both side surfaces 4 are welded by fusion. According to this constitution, the block 5 can be manufactured integrally by a method wherein a pair of frame bodies 2 are arranged with a given space and the resin sheets 3, a capable of being welded to the frame bodies 2 by fusion, are arranged so as to pinch the frame bodies 2 from up-and-down directions while the superposed parts between the frame bodies 2 and the resin sheets 3 as well as both side surfaces 4 of the resin sheets 3 are welded by fusion. According to this method, manufacturing process may be shortened and the sensible heat exchanger 1, having large air stream flow passages 6 and small in the pressure loss thereof, may be manufactured.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, ventilation systems using sensible heat exchangers that recover heat during ventilation have been increasingly installed. Conventionally, this type of sensible heat exchanger had a configuration as shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, a pipe-shaped sensible heat exchange section 101
It is constructed by laminating and adhering a plurality of blocks 103 consisting of a frame body 102 into which the pipe-shaped sensible heat exchange section 101 is fixed and into which the primary airflow A to be subjected to sensible heat exchange flows in and is discharged (for example, , Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-60196).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional sensible heat exchanger, there is a step of forming a sensible heat exchange sheet into a pipe-shaped sensible heat exchange part 101, and a step of forming the pipe-shaped sensible heat exchange part 1 101 and the second air flow A. This method has the problem of requiring a lot of manufacturing man-hours because it requires two steps: adhering the frame body 102 for inflow and discharge.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the invention. That is, in this embodiment, when the pressure loss is the same as that of the conventional pipe-type sensible heat exchanger, the resin sheet 3 is heated at regular intervals between both sides 4 in the same direction as the thermal welding of the both sides 4. By thermally welding and cutting the thermally welded part 7 in the XX direction, the sensible heat exchange part 8 becomes pipe-shaped.I) The low heat area increases and the head heat exchange efficiency improves.
