ーチューブにホルダを設け、プロテクタの上部をホルダ
を覆うように配置させ、プロテクタとボルダのどちらか
一方にガイド溝又はスライド部を設げ、スライド部をガ
イド溝に嵌合させることによりプロテクタがホルダを覆
いながら上下方向にスライドすることを特徴とするもの
である。
