Traditionally, this type of soft sound insulation sheet is
It is known that polyvinyl chloride resin is mixed with metal powder such as lead or iron, or metal oxide powder equivalent to iron oxide or zinc oxide to give a thickness of 0.5 to 1.2 mm and an areal density of 2 to 4 kg/ m2 . However, if an attempt is made to increase the areal density by adding a large amount of metal powder or metal oxide for the purpose of increasing the sound insulation effect, pinholes are likely to form throughout the sheet, causing sound to leak outside. , there are problems such as tearing of the sheet and weakening of the tensile strength.Furthermore, when this sheet is pasted along a curved surface, cracks occur at the curved part, which significantly impairs the sound insulation effect. There are drawbacks.

In addition, when metal powder is used as the sound insulation agent described above, the sheet itself often has a black color with poor physical properties, and the roll surface is severely abraded during rolling.
There are drawbacks such as poor adhesion to the roll and the tendency for bubbles to get caught in the sheet, and these problems could not be overcome. Therefore, barium sulfate powder is mixed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin and rolled to form a sound insulating layer, a surface layer with hiding power is laminated, and a backing material such as cloth or paper is lined. I found what was described. This overcomes the disadvantages of using metal powder by using barium sulfate, although this comes at the expense of sound insulation. On the other hand, a decorative board is polymerized and bonded to the surface of a sound insulation board made of thermoplastic synthetic resin mixed with metal powder or metal oxide powder, or a plain board is polymerized and bonded to the back side as well. There is a method described in the above publication, but because metal powder or metal oxide powder is used as a sound insulation imparting agent, it cannot be made into a sheet shape and is used as a plate material. As a result, it is fine when used as a single piece such as a partition, but when used as a wall material, sound leaks from the joints of the plates, causing problems in construction.
Furthermore, the surfaces on which soundproofing is applied are not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces, and in such cases it has been impossible to perform soundproofing using hard board materials.

In addition, as an example of sound insulation sheet, JP-A-53-
There are those described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 11980 and those described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 174612/1982, but the one described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 11980/1983 uses vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer as a base material, and is filled with a specific gravity of 4 or more. This is a soft sound insulating sheet containing a large amount of 400 parts by weight of vinylon fabric, which is laminated with vinylon fabric coated with resin on both sides or one side. A sheet material of the same or different type, such as paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, vinyl chloride, polyethylene or other resin sheet, is adhered to one or both sides of the sheet. It is true that these sheets are mainly filled with filler and have sound insulating properties, but if a large amount of filler is filled, pinholes are likely to form, and when bent, they tend to break.
Since the amount of filler is limited, it is not possible to achieve much in terms of sound insulation. In addition, since the sheet covering the main body of the sheet filled with the filler is applied in the form of a film, it cannot penetrate into the pinholes between the fillers and close the pinholes, and sound leaks through these pinholes. There is a problem that the sound insulation properties are impaired.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a drop-off protective layer formed by applying a liquid resin such as polyvinyl chloride to the surface of the main sheet, which is formed by mixing polyvinyl chloride with metal powder, etc. At the same time, a backing layer such as non-woven fabric or cloth is provided on the back side, and both of these layers increase the tear and tensile strength.Furthermore, the falling-off protective layer on the front side prevents pinholes from occurring and improves the appearance. To provide a soft sound insulating sheet with high sound insulating properties and workability, which can be applied not only to curved surfaces but also to corners without causing cracks.

In addition, the mixing ratio of polyvinyl chloride forming the sheet main body 1 and powdery substances such as metal powder and metal oxide powder is 100 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride.
The reason why it is set at 2000 parts by weight is that if the powder is less than 100 parts by weight, the sound insulation performance will be poor, and if it is more than 2000 parts by weight, the filling amount will be too large and the sheet main body 1 will not solidify sufficiently, making it difficult to form a sheet. In this way, the present invention uses 100 to 2000 parts of metal powder or metal oxide powder to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride.
A drop-off protective layer 2 formed by coating a liquid resin such as polyvinyl chloride on the surface of a sheet main body 1 formed by mixing parts by weight is integrally provided, and a backing layer 3 such as a nonwoven fabric or cloth is provided on the back surface. Since this is a soft sound insulating sheet, if the sheet itself is used alone, the tearing and tensile strength will be weakened by the filler such as metal powder mixed into the polyvinyl chloride. It can be reinforced by the backing layer 3 on the back side to increase tear and tensile strength, and as a result, when made into a sheet like barium sulfate, it has excellent physical properties, but its specific gravity is low and the sound insulation properties are sacrificed. In addition, there is no need to use materials that would otherwise have to be made into sheets, and in addition, the fall-off protection layer formed by applying liquid resin fills the pinholes and improves the strength of the sheet itself. It is possible to further increase the mixing ratio of metal powder or metal oxide powder to polyvinyl chloride, which has poor physical properties but has high specific gravity and excellent sound insulation properties, to increase the areal density and further improve sound insulation performance. It has the advantage of being possible. In addition, the fall-off protective layer 2 made of polyvinyl chloride or the like integrally deposited on the surface of the sheet main body 1 has the advantage of suppressing the generation of pinholes and blocking the leakage of sound from the pinholes.
Moreover, as mentioned above, the sheet itself is strengthened by filling pinholes, and unlike a plate-shaped sound insulation board, it is sheet-shaped, so it can be attached along a curved construction surface during construction. Moreover, it can prevent cracks from occurring in the sheet main body 1 by bending during pasting, and exhibit a predetermined sound insulation effect, and has good workability unlike plate-shaped sheets. Moreover, since it is sheet-like, the joint parts can be overlapped, so no sound leaks from the joint parts, and good sound insulation can be ensured over the entire construction surface.

Furthermore, the backing layer 3 attached to the back side of the sheet main body 1 allows it to be easily attached to the construction surface such as the wooden base of a house with an adhesive. It is also easy to print.
