一般に合成樹脂等の板材を使用して各種形状に
成形させる際、熱盤等の上に乗せた板材を加熱し
軟化させ、この軟化した板材をコンベヤー等で成
形プレス付近まで移動し吸盤や供給ロボツト等に
よつて板材をコンベヤーから成形プレスの金型に
供給したり、或いは熱盤から成形プレスに直接供
給させたりしていたが、板材が伸し餅のように柔
軟なため吸盤や供給ロボツト等では正常な供給が
極めて困難であり、皺や寄り等を生じ、且つ板材

て設けた熱盤であり、該熱盤5の先端縁5aにテ
ーパー面を付けて材料3が熱盤5上から滑らかに
成形プレス本体1の金型2に供給されるように成
さしめており、熱盤5の配置は成形プレス本体1
に近接させ、且つ熱盤5の底面高さは金型2上面
より若干高めにし、枠体4から前記金型2上面迄
を熱盤5が左右移動可能となし、熱盤5自体の加
熱構成は内部にヒーターや蒸気を入れて加熱せし
めたものでこれは既に公知であるからこれ以上の
説明を省略する。尚、熱盤5は一枚でなく、該熱
盤5に対向する位置に図示しないが上下可動する
他の熱盤を更に設けて材料3を上下両面から挾ん
で加熱させてもよい。6は熱盤5を左右移動させ
るための駆動装置であり、第1図に示す駆動装置
6としてはシリンダー61を使用したもので、該
シリンダー61は金型2下方の成形プレス本体1
に設置させてあり、且つシリンダー61のロツド
62先端が熱盤5の底面と連結されている。又シ
リンダー61のストロークは少なくとも熱盤5が
金型2上面迄の距離を移移動出来る程度の長さと
する。尚、駆動装置6としてはシリンダー61に
限定されず、例えばクランク、ラツク・ピニオ
ン、その他等でもよい。又駆動装置6の設置場所
としては枠体4側のみに設けてもよい。7は成形
プレス本体1の上方側面に装着させたストツパー
装置であり、該ストツパー装置7にはシリンダー
71と、該シリンダー71の先端に熱盤5より若
干幅広で板状をした耐熱性樹脂等のストツパー7
2とで構成され、該ストツパー72はシリンダー
71によつて上下移動する。尚、図示しないがシ
リンダー71の作動は熱盤5が金型2上面に移動

次に本考案の作用について説明すれば、第2図
に示す如く材料3を熱盤5に乗せて所望の硬さに
軟化させる〔第2図a参照〕。するとシリンダー
61が駆動し、熱盤5を金型2に向つて移動させ
る。熱盤5が金型2の上面迄くると、ストツパー
装置7のシリンダー71が下方に駆動されて幅広
な板状のストツパー72を軟化した材料3の若干
後方に降下させる〔第2図b参照〕。ストツパー
72の降下が完了するとシリンダー61が駆動し
て熱盤5を元の位置に戻すが、この時熱盤5上の
軟化した材料3は幅広なストツパー72によつて
材料3の後端で押えられているため熱盤5だけが
戻り、材料3は熱盤5のテーパー面が付いた先端
縁5aから金型2面上に滑らかに置載し供給され
るのである〔第2図c参照〕。次に材料3の供給
が完了するとストツパー72及び熱盤5は元の位
置に戻つて材料3の供給を終了する〔第2図d参
照〕。第3図は他の実施例であつて駆動装置6に
よつて左右移動する台63の上にコンベヤー64
を設置し、熱盤5は突片64bを固着した耐熱ベ
ルト64aの真下に接近させて設け、耐熱ベルト
64aを介在して材料3を乗せる〔第3図a参
照〕。そしてコンベヤー64全体を金型2の上面
迄移動させ、成形プレス本体1の上方側面に装着
した上下移動するシート固定用のストツパー装置
7の先端が耐熱ベルト64aの突片64bの後に
降下して耐熱ベルト64aの一部を固定させる
〔第3図b参照〕。そして台63が元に戻り始める
と熱盤5及びコンベヤー64も戻されるが、前記
コンベヤー64の耐熱ベルト64aは突片64b
を固定されているために回転し、耐熱ベルト64
aの上に乗せた材料3が金型2の上に置載し始め
る〔第3図c参照〕。金型2に材料3を置載完了
すると、更にコンベヤー64が元の位置に戻され
ると共に耐熱ベルト64aの突片64bも図示し
ない適宜な戻し装置、例えばモーター、スプリン
グ、その他等によつてコンベヤー64が逆転して
元の位置に戻され、ストツパー装置7も元の位置
に引き上げられる〔第3図d参照〕。尚、この方
法の材料3供給は材料3に直接力が加わらぬので

ト等で一旦材料3を吸着したり掴持せず、熱盤5
から金型2に直接供給するため従来困難であつた
軟化した材料3に皺や寄り等を生じることなく成
形プレス本体1の金型2に供給することが可能と
なり、更に従来の熱盤や供給ロボツト等に見られ
る動きもなく、装置自体も非常にコンパクトにな
り成形プレス本体1との接続が容易で場所も取ら
