ム動作を行うシステム回路1の一部回路だけを動作させ
る(以下、この動作をリセット動作と呼ぶ)ように動作
を切り換える必要があり、このため電源遮断時に上記動
作切換を行う電源監視回路2を設けである。この電源監
視回路2は、レギユレータ3の出力電圧を検出し、この
レギュレータ3出力が所定値以下に低下したとき、シス
テム回路1をリセット動作させるものである。ところが
、このようにシステム回路1をリセット動作させた場合
にはシステム回路1の消費電流Isyが減少するため、

けたものである。この放電回路4は、平滑コンデンサの
充電電荷を放電する放電抵抗Rと、この放電抵抗Rを平
滑コンデンサに接続するトランジスタQ、、Q、からな
るスイッチング回路とで構成しである。なお、放電抵抗
Rによる放電電流Idは、システム回路1がリセット動
作になった場合に減少する消費電流rsy分に相当する
だけレギュレータ3の出力電圧を低下させる値であれば
