Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hair dye having reduced stimulating odor and extremely few damage of head skin and hair, by using ammonia and alkanol amine together as alkali agent. CONSTITUTION:In the hair dye composition composed of the first agent essentially consisting of intermediate for oxidation dye and the second agent essentially consisting of oxidant such as hydrogen peroxide, as the alkali agent added to the first agent, ammonia and alkanolamine, e.g., tri- or diethanolamine, tri- or monopropanolamine, aminoalkylpropanediol or aminoalkylpropanol are used together and 1-10% ammonia present as 28wt.% ammonia water and 0.1-5wt.% alkanolamine are added to adjust pH of the first agent to 8-12. Hair can be sufficiently dyed even in reduced ammonia amount and the aimed hair dye composition is free from stimulating odor and gives no unpleasant feeling to users in dyeing treatment.

[Prior Art] A hair dye is a product that permeates an oxidative dye into the hair and causes oxidative polymerization in the hair to generate a pigment and dye the hair. Such hair dyes generally consist of a first agent containing an oxidation dye intermediate such as paraphenylenediamine as a main component, and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide as a main component. There are agent compositions. Both sides are mixed and used when dyeing hair.

The first agent is usually made alkaline by adding an alkaline agent. The addition of this alkaline agent usually adjusts the pH of the mixture on both sides to 9 to 10 or higher to moisten the hair and facilitate the penetration of the oxidative dye intermediate into the hair, and also removes the nascent oxygen from the oxidizing agent of the second agent. It is indispensable for promoting the release and also for the liquid property regulating effect when the oxidative dye intermediate is oxidatively polymerized and converted into a colored substance. These alkaline agents include conventional organic amines, such as alkylamines such as monoethylamine, diethylamine, and triethylamine, alkanolamines such as monoethanolamine, and others.
Ammonia (ammonia water), sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc. are used.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since such alkaline agents are used in relatively large amounts, there are problems in that they irritate the scalp and adversely affect the keratin of the hair during hair dyeing. Ta. In addition, asimonia is especially preferable to use in terms of its chemical action, but the conventional blending ratio has the drawback of giving off a pungent odor that gives the user a sense of discomfort.

Examples of the alkanolamine used in the present invention include triethanolamine, jetanolamine, tripropanolamine, dipropanolamine, motuprobanolamine, aminoalkylpropanediol, aminoalkylpropanol, and the like. When blending, one or more of these alkanolamines are selected and used. The blending amount thereof is preferably 0.0000% of the first agent.
It is 1 to 5% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the amount of ammonia reduced is relatively small, and even if it exceeds 5% by weight, hardly any further reduction effect can be expected.
