保護する時にこのキチン、キトサンの添加は腸ヘイソク
の危険を大いに緩和し抗菌性を長く保持する効果があり
、痔の緩和薬としても有用で産業上合用な発明である。

加えて、溶解分散せしめたものや混合素練りしペースト
状としたものや、これに必要に応じて、ソルビット酸、
デヒドロ酢酸、甘草、糖分、その他の甘味料を加え、少
量のラヂエーション性のカルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩
、ソーダー塩、カリ塩やタングステン酸ソーダー等のラ
ヂエーション性無機塩や白金属、金、銀、銅、鉄の入っ
た金属塩の入ったペースト液に、更にミ噌や、ビール発
酵粕、脱脂大豆粉、コーヒー粕粉、サボニンハトムギ粉
、アマチャズル粉、胚芽粉、香辛料、香料等を加へて素
練りせしめ、又はキトナーゼやリゾチーム、キチナーゼ
等の酵素で分解し、又はNアシル化やアルキル化やエー
テル化した液を加えた液体や、製錠剤化した、キチン、
キトサン化合物より成る健胃腸薬、健康食品、腎蔵肝蔵
血液精剤等の調整剤及び養生、鮮度保持剤。
