本発明は、工゛アコンディショナー屋外機の防音対策に
関し、詳細には、立体成形した3層構造の防音材により
特定部分を被覆することにより防音対策をなすエアコン

、立体成形のない状態の吸音材、遮音材を個別にエアコ
ンディショナー屋外機内部側壁等の所望部位に貼着した
り、空隙部に充填する方法や立体成形のない状態の吸音
材を遮音材と一体化し、まるめて端部を縫いあわせ、筒
状となした立体成形のない状態の吸音材を圧縮機、アキ
ュームレ―りにかぶせる等の方法によっていた。 ′
しかしながらこのような防音対策にあっては防嵜材の総
部品点数が5.6点にも及び取り付は作業が非常に煩雑
であり、特にシール性が悪く、騒音が漏れ防音効果に劣

そこで本発明者らは、1つ又は2つの立体成形防音材に
代えることにより、従来の5.6点の防音材と同等以上
の防音効果を得、更には取り付は作業性をも軽減せんと
鋭意研究の結果、従来の立体成形のない状態の防音材を
まるめて縫いあわせただけの簡易なものから、吸音材/
遮音材/吸音材の3層構造からなる防音材を一体成形、
立体加工して、一方間口の筒状となしたものを、エアコ
ンディショナー屋外機中の圧縮機、アキュームレータの
一方又は双方を被覆することにより従来の5.6部品の
防音材に優る防音効果を得ることを発見し、本発明に至

体化せしめればよりシール性に優れた立体成形防音材と

部分は吸音材を遮音材より長く設計することにより吸音
材にエアコンディショナー屋外機底面部分との緩衝材の
働きを付与し、振動を遮断するため好ましいことである
