Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an outside appearance on the surface of a can in such a manner that the can appears as if waterdrops or frost are attached to the surface thereof, by applying transparent paint of silicon group to the surface of the can and drying it, spraying thereafter paint similar to said paint in waterdrop form thereon to be cured as it is, so that desire of consumers for drinking is stimulated. CONSTITUTION:Transparent paint of silicon group is sprayed on the whole surface of a can 1 for use in display by means of a paint spray device 2 to form an under-coat. And after the paint is cured, paint similar to said paint is sprayed several times on the under coat in waterdrop form to be cured as it is, whereby particles of the paint 4 remain in waterdrop form on the surface of the can 1 for use in display. Due to such paint particles 4, the can 1 appears as if waterdrops attached to the surface thereof, so that desire for drinking of consumers will be stimulated.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention involves applying a silicone-based transparent paint to the surface of the can, applying an undercoat and curing it, and then applying the above-mentioned paint on top of the undercoat so that it forms water droplets. The above-mentioned problems can be solved by spraying a similar paint a suitable number of times and curing it as it is, and in particular by using an ultraviolet curable paint as the silicone-based transparent paint.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention configured as described above, a silicone-based transparent paint 3 is applied to the surface of the can 1, an undercoat is applied and cured, and then the above-mentioned paint is applied on top of the undercoat so as to form water droplets as appropriate. By spraying the paint 3 an appropriate number of times and letting it harden as it is, the silicone paint 3 has the property of repelling each other because the undercoat is hardened, so by letting it harden as it is, it will harden as it is in the form of water droplets. It will be painted.
