この発明は、缶表面にあたかも水滴や霜がついたような

透明塗料として、紫外線硬化型塗料を用いたことにより

系の塗料3同士は、下塗りの方が硬化しているのではじ
く性質があり、そのまま硬化させることで、そのまま水
