Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、通称、焼八ツ橋といわれる菓子の素
材を使用して、棒状菓子を製造するようにした菓

従来、第2図のAで示すように、香料としての
肉桂を含有し、長い半円弧状をした煎餅状の菓子

られている。

せ、熱加工して棒状菓子としたことを特徴とする
ものである。

素材で薄いほぼ正方形の板状体を形成し、この板
状体をその一つの角部から対向する角部に向け対
角線方向に中空の棒状(ステイツク状)に丸めて
重合させ、これを熱加工したもので、符号2は棒

ることができる。また従来の八ツ橋と組合せるこ
とによりバラエテイに富んだ商品組合せが可能と
なる。
