[Detailed explanation of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention is used not only for apartment complexes and hotels for disaster prevention reasons, but also for various buildings with balconies, which are expected to increase in the future. This is related to hard gutters.

With metal gutters, there is a risk of injury due to contact with the edges of the gutters during transportation, construction, etc., or when residents clean the gutters, etc., and condensation is likely to form on the surface of the gutters. Aluminum has drawbacks such as being expensive and iron being prone to rust.

PVC gutters have the disadvantages that they lack weather resistance, are difficult to paint, and tend to expand and contract due to temperature changes, making the installation state unstable.

In addition, the common disadvantages of metal and PVC gutters are that they are easily damaged or deformed when they come into contact with hard objects, that they are bulky and inconvenient to pack and transport, and that they are difficult to install when installing hard gutters against walls. A so-called gripping hardware is required to hold the area around the gutter, and the appearance is also unsightly at joints where the wall surface is displaced (for example, expansion joints in RC exterior walls made of cast-in-place concrete, and exterior wall pre-assembled walls in buildings using curtain wall construction). There are various problems such as the inability to straddle the joints of cast concrete slabs.

In addition, according to Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-151429, a hard gutter in which a plurality of narrow metal strips parallel to the axis are embedded in the cylindrical wall of a soft synthetic resin pipe is also disclosed.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 86825 discloses a hard gutter in which the entire outer peripheral surface of a metal cylindrical body in which a large number of small holes are formed is covered with a soft synthetic resin layer. Since these are all made of a combination of multiple materials, it seems that some of the conventional drawbacks mentioned above can be overcome, but they are bulky and inconvenient to pack and transport, and are easily deformed when coming into contact with hard objects. It has drawbacks such as requiring a grip and is unsightly in appearance, and is also thought to be more expensive than those made of metal or PVC.

(Example) FIG. 1 shows an example of a hard gutter A according to the present invention. This gutter A is made by integrally forming a cylindrical part 1 with a substantially square cross section and a wall attachment part 2 from rubber (for example, neoprene (registered trademark) rubber or EPT rubber). It can be expanded, contracted and deformed freely.

The mounting portion 2 is constituted by a protrusion 2b that protrudes from the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 1 and has a plurality of folds 2a on both side surfaces, respectively. The protrusions 2b are parallel to the 1 axis of the cylindrical portion, and may be provided intermittently in the 1 axis direction of the cylindrical portion, but in this embodiment, they are provided continuously over the entire length of the cylindrical portion 1. ing. Further, in this embodiment, two protrusions 2b, 2b are provided at an appropriate distance from each other.

Figures 2 and 3 show the hard gutter A attached to the outer wall 4 of a building with a balcony. 5 is a balcony, 6 is an inner slab, and 7 is a water collector 7 installed on the balcony 5. A water slope is attached to the water collector 7, and the lower part of the water collector 7 is integrally connected to the gutter A. The lower end of the gutter A is inserted into the lower water collector 7.

Two vertical grooves 8, 8 are formed in advance at predetermined positions on the wall surface 4a. The gutter A is attached to the wall surface 4a by pushing the protrusions 2b into the vertical grooves 8 against the elastic restoring force of the folds 2a.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, a bulging portion 9a that bulges inward of the cylindrical portion 1 is provided in the cylindrical wall portion 1a located between the two protrusions 2b, 2b and the cylindrical wall portion 1b opposite thereto. , 9b are provided over the entire length of the cylindrical portion 1,
The other configurations are the same as in the previous embodiment.

This hard trough A is easily deformed in the width direction of the cylindrical wall portions 1a and 1b due to the presence of the bulging portions 9a and 9b. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, when the outer wall 4 is a precast concrete slab, vertical grooves 8, 8 are formed on both sides of the joint 10 of the precast concrete slab, and the vertical grooves 8, 8 are formed on both sides of the joint 10 of the precast concrete slab. Even if the hard gutter A is installed in the state, the bulge part 9
Due to the deformation at a and 9b, it is possible to follow the displacement of 10 widths of the joint during an earthquake, etc., and there is no problem in the installation state. Therefore, the sealant 1 of the joint 10
1 can be hidden and protected by hard pipe A. In addition, since the hard gutter A covers the joint 10, it serves as a sealing material to some extent, and even if there is a construction error or deterioration of the sealing material 11, it is effective in preventing rainwater from entering through the joint 10. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 3 indicates a backup material, and reference numeral 12 indicates a gasket.

In addition, the exterior wall 4 is made of cast-in-place concrete.
In the case of RC construction, as shown in Fig. 6, vertical grooves 8, 8 are formed on both sides of the expansion joint (crack inducing joint) 13, and the hard gutter A is installed so as to straddle the expansion joint 13. It is also possible to protect the joint material 14 with the hard gutter A and to enhance the effect of preventing rainwater from entering through the induced cracks. Although not shown, the bulging portion 9b of the cylindrical wall portion 1b may be omitted.

Incidentally, as illustrated in FIGS. 7A, 7B, and 7C, the cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical portion 1 and the number of protrusions 2b can be set arbitrarily. Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments,
In both cases, the mounting portion 2 is constituted by a protrusion 2b, but as illustrated in FIG. Projection 2b
Alternatively, the mounting portion 2 may be constructed by forming a groove 2b' extending deep and parallel to the axis of the cylindrical portion 1 on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 1.
