【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は粉粒体移送配管に於ける点検用透視部
に関し、その目的とするところは、在来物が第1
図に示す様に、ガラス又は合成樹脂製透明管体の
上下端部に、フランジ付短筒部を夫々嵌挿接着
後、当該フランジ部を上下の連結管にシール部材
を介在せしめて断面V字形の接続バンドにより連
結形成せしめた上に、前記透明管体に発生する静
電気により内壁面の粉体付着による視認性不良と
なる事態を可及的に回避する為に、上下短筒部間
を導電性金属片にて熔接連結して上下連結管を電
気的に導通可能に成すことにより静電現象を解消
しているものであるが、この静電現象解消対策の
為にその製造作業上接着及び熔接作業更に塗装工
程等極めて面倒なものであるばかりでなく、熟練
作業者でないと品質の安定化が計れないので結果
かなり高価なものとなつている欠点がある。

単にして製作性・量産性に優れ、市場に廉価に提
供出来る等の優れた実用的効果を発揮する考案で
ある。尚、継手管体7,8を導電性物質にて形成
すれば、透明管体2の周面に塗設せる導電部6は
上下端面4,5に迄及ぶ必要はなくなる。
