Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly operations by inserting and arranging a through pin provided with screws at both ends relative to a through hole provided in the longitudinal direction of a stator core and by fastening, with a screw member, front and rear housings having longitudinal through holes corresponding to the position of said through pin. CONSTITUTION:A slotted hole is provided on the inner peripheral side of a stator core 10, which core must be fixed temporarily in order that a winding is applied to said slotted hole. Then, a through pin 20 is inserted into the through hole 42 of said stator core 10 and both ends of said through pin 20 are retained by a jig. Both end parts of said through pin 20 are provided with internal screws 24 which can be screwed with bolts 30. When winding operations are finished, the stator core 10 is removed from the jig, but the through pin 20 is not pulled out from the through hole 42. Then, front and rear housings 16 and 18 provided with through holes 26, 28 for passing said bolts 30 in the position corresponding to the position of the through hole 42 are fastened by the bolts 30 to the front end and rear end of said stator core 10.

入し、この通しピンをステータコアの両端において治具
に仮保持させることによって該ステータコアを仮固定し
、この状態で巻線を施す作業を行なう。作業終了後上記
通しピンを引き抜き、代わりに通しボルトを挿入して前
後のハウジングとステータコアとを締結している。

たねじ部材により締結することを特徴とするステータコ
アと前後ハウジングとの締結構造を提供する。
