Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of peeling phenomenon of a sash sheet, by a method wherein a groove is longitudinally formed in one side of a mullion beam made of an aluminum extrusion-molded material and an auxiliary beam made of wood is mounted thereto, and a shoji sheet is laminated on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A mullion beam 1 with which a vertical and a lateral beam are formed is made of an aluminum extrusion-molded material, and a groove 2 paralleling to a longitudinal direction is formed on the one side of the mullion 1. In-protrusion edges 3 and 3 are formed on the upper end of the groove to form a groove part with a minimum opening width (b) and an opening depth (h) from the under surface of the protrusion edge. A notched groove 5 is formed in the surface of a lateral beam so that it coincides with the beam and notched so as to be communicated with the groove 2 of the vertical beam. Auxiliary beams 6 made of securely engaged with the grooves 2 and 2 are engaged with the groove 2 in the vertical beam, and is inserted in the notched groove 5 of the lateral beam engaged with the notched groove 5 of the vertical beam to lock an a cross part for intercoupling. This constitution enables facilitation of management of a part through standardization of a part.

On the other hand, shoji, according to the Dictionary of Numerical Architecture, is a general term for shoji screens that appeared in the Heian period, and is also considered to be a movable part excluding the frame of fully bent fittings. , In the case of shoji, when the part fitted with glass etc. can be removed from the frame, it is called shoji, and is used in a wide sense.

Metal shoji made of aluminum satsushi have been used as so-called glass shoji with inlaid crows, and because of their metal frames, starch glue, etc. Although sufficient adhesion can be achieved using ordinary adhesives for pasting paper, paper pasting is still considered inappropriate to this day.

However, considering that the shoji paper on paper-covered shoji is usually replaced, as symbolized by the seasonal word in haiku ``shoji pasting,'' strong adhesives cannot be used to affix the shoji paper. It has a defect that makes it difficult to replace. On the other hand, adhesives that can be reapplied are, for example, disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-32222.
As disclosed in the publication, it is generally made of water-soluble resin or emulsion resin, and when used for sash shoji, condensation occurs in the sash, so it often causes peeling of shoji paper, especially in winter. This will occur. Another disadvantage of this type of adhesive is that it is much more expensive than ordinary adhesives for pasting paper.

(Effects) In the present invention having the above configuration, the shoji paper is attached to the wooden auxiliary crosspieces and not directly to the metal kumiko crosspieces, so the adhesive used is the adhesive used between the wood and the shoji paper. It becomes possible to use an inexpensive adhesive that is used in conventional wooden paper-covered shoji screens.

Especially in the winter, even if condensation forms on the Kumiko crosspieces, the condensed water is absorbed by the porous (wooden) auxiliary crosspieces, which prevents the shoji paper from peeling (the adhesive layer is generally destroyed by water). The phenomenon can be prevented as much as possible.

Further, it is preferable that the grooves of the muntin bars have the same cross-sectional shape. If the cross-sectional shape of the groove is the same for each section, the auxiliary beams attached to several structures will also have the same shape, which will allow for standardization of members and facilitate component management.

As described above, according to the metal paper-covered shoji of the present invention, the rigidity of the shoji can be increased by using the muntin bars made of extruded aluminum material, and the wooden auxiliary shoji with excellent water absorption can be used for the kumiko bars. By attaching the crosspieces, it became possible to indirectly adhere the shoji paper to the kumiko crosspieces, making it possible to avoid the peeling phenomenon of the shoji paper that would otherwise be caused by direct adhesion.

In Figures 1 to 6, the paper-covered shoji of the present invention is
The muntin 11 is formed by assembling vertical and horizontal bars in a cross-shaped pattern, and the muntin 11 is attached to a muntin frame 8, and shoji paper 7 is pasted thereon. The muntin crosspiece 1 constituting this vertical horizontal crosspiece is made of extruded aluminum, and has a groove 2 on one side parallel to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece. Direction ridges 3, 3 are formed. The groove 2 has a minimum opening width sandwiched between the inward projecting edges 3, 3, and a groove portion below the minimum opening width with an opening depth h. This groove 2 is formed to communicate with a screw hole 4 of the muntin bar 1 at its lower part.

In a muntin bar with such a structure, the vertical and horizontal bars are formed to have a larger dimension between the front and back surfaces of the vertical bars than the horizontal bars, and the muntin bars 1.1 constituting the vertical and horizontal bars are cut into grooves 5. They are mated in a crossed state. When the horizontal crosspiece is fitted into the notch groove 5 of the vertical crosspiece, the surfaces of the vertical crosspiece are formed to match.

In this way, the auxiliary crosspiece 6 for pasting shoji paper is fitted into the groove 2 of the kumiko crosspiece 1, and in the case of the embodiment, the auxiliary crosspiece can be detached by the projecting edges 3 formed at the upper ends of several structures. Because it prevents
This makes it possible to easily attach the shoji paper to the metal shoji and prevent it from peeling off. In addition, in the muntin 11 in which the muntin bars 1 are assembled in a cross-shaped pattern, screws inserted from the muntin frame 8 are screwed into the screw holes 4 of the muntin bars 1 to form a shoji frame.

On the other hand, since the auxiliary crosspiece 6 is made of wood, it may be necessary to replace it due to damage or deterioration. In the embodiment, the screw hole 4 of the muntin crosspiece 1 and the groove 2 are formed in communication with each other, so in such a case, inserting a narrow cup into the screw hole 4,
The auxiliary crosspiece 6 can be removed from the screw hole side as appropriate.
