Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a staircase easy to rise by clearing the difference in level thereof and to enhance safety at a descending time by clearing the width of the step surface of a staircase block, by applying hue different from that of the step surface to the whole of the rise surface of the staircase block from the side edges thereof and forming the step surface from an artificial stone having natural crushed stones mixed therein. CONSTITUTION:A staircase block 1 consists of a staircase block matrix 2 and a natural stone plate 3 bonded to a rise surface 2'. The staircase block matrix 2 is formed by applying centrifugal molding to a mixture consisting of, for example, cement and crushed granite in a ratio of 3:7 and the strength thereof can be kept and the high friction coefficient of the step surface can be secured. As the natural stone plate 3, natural granite having hue different from that of the block matrix 2 is used and a large number of grooves 4 are preformed to the rear surface of the stone plate 3. In manufacturing, the stone plate 3 is set to a predetermined retaining mold at a position becoming the rise surface of the staircase block 1 and, after the retaining mold is filled with concrete, said mold is hermetically closed to be mounted on a centrifugal molding machine which is, in turn, driven to mold the staircase block 1 wherein the natural stone plate 3 and the staircase block matrix 2 composed of concrete are integrated. The above-mentioned different color stone plate 3 may be an artificial stone plate.

[Prior Art] The present inventor has developed a method for manufacturing stair blocks with roughly shaped sides by a centrifugal molding method using a concrete raw material mixed with crushed granite and cement. We have previously filed an application for a method of manufacturing a stair block by applying a molding method and attaching natural stone to only the tread surface or both the tread surface and the riser surface (e.g., Japanese Patent Application No. 127754/1983, Japanese Patent Application No. Showa 62-1917
No. 52) has been completed.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, although the stair block manufactured by this manufacturing method has excellent economical efficiency and aesthetic features, the treads and the animal face of the stair block are of the same color, and there is a difference in color tone. Due to the lack of contrast, people who are not careful when going up and down the stairs often end up in accidents where they miss a step and get injured.

In other words, on the stairs of station buildings where there is a lot of traffic, are there many accidents resulting in personal injury or death caused by people stepping off the stairs? It is. The fact that it is easy to miss a step on the stairs means that when going up or down the stairs, it is difficult to check the width of the treads of the stairs, and the treads of the stairs are worn out and become slippery.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made with this in mind, and as a result of research by the present inventor, it has been found that it is not only economical and aesthetically pleasing, but also safe as a stair block. Succeeded in manufacturing extremely tall stair blocks. In other words, when forming a stair block using concrete, the first purpose is to
To make it easier to check the tread width of the constructed stairs,
To apply a color tone different from the color tone of the tread surface to the entire riser surface from the edge of the riser surface on the road surface of the stair block to the entire riser surface. The second purpose is to make the treads of the stair blocks made of artificial stone mixed with natural crushed stone in order to maintain a high coefficient of friction on the treads.

[Example] A method for manufacturing a stair block that can achieve the above object will be specifically described below. Reference numeral 1 denotes a stair blower manufactured according to this embodiment, and this stair block 1 includes a stair block base body 2 which is centrifugally formed into a substantially shape, and a natural stone plate 3 attached to the riser surface 2' of this stair block base body 2. It consists of The stair block base 2 is centrifugally formed using concrete made by mixing cement and crushed granite, and the mixing ratio of the cement and crushed stone is, for example, 3 parts cement to 7 parts crushed stone. By doing so, it is possible to maintain the strength of the block base body 2 at an appropriate value and to ensure a high coefficient of friction of the tread surface.

The natural stone plate 3 is a natural granite whose color tone is different from the gray tone of the stair block base body 2, and for example, a black or brown stone plate is used. Further, a plurality of grooves 4 are formed on the back surface of the stone plate 3 in order to increase the adhesive force with the stair block base body 2.

The manufacturing process of the stair block 1 is as follows: After placing the stone plate 3 in a predetermined molding frame (not shown) at a position that will become the riser surface of the stair block 1, the stone plate 3 is placed inside the molding frame. After filling the concrete, the molding form is sealed and attached to a centrifugal molding material (not shown), and the centrifugal molding machine is driven to form natural stone slabs 3 and a stair block matrix 2 made of concrete. A stair block 1 that is integral with the stair block 1 is centrifugally molded. In this embodiment, natural stone is used as the uniquely colored stone plate 3, but it is not limited to this, and an artificial stone plate with artificial coloring may be used. Further, when the stair block base 2 is centrifugally molded, appropriate reinforcing bars may be embedded in the base 2.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present embodiment, the riser surface of the stair block has a tread surface extending from the edge of the riser surface side of the tread surface 2'° of the stair block 1 to the entire riser surface. A two-tone staircase block 1 is manufactured by attaching natural stone plates of different colors from 2'°. Therefore, by constructing a staircase using this two-tone stair block 1 as shown in FIG. This makes the steps of the stairs clear and makes it easier to climb. In addition, when descending the stairs, the width of the tread 2"' of the stair block 1 becomes clear due to the band-shaped, uniquely colored band 3' that forms on the edge of the riser side, which reduces the chance of misstepping on the stairs when descending, making it safer. Furthermore, since the treads 2' are made of a concrete mixture of crushed natural stone and cement, if the treads of this stair block are stepped on over a long period of time, The relatively hard crushed stone grains protrude from the surface to create a rough surface, which has the effect of maintaining a staircase with a high degree of sliding friction.
