近傍に該車軸と共に回転して、上記ブレーキドラムの空
冷フィン側へ空気を流すファンを設けたことを特徴とす
るもので、ドラムブレーキのブレーキドラムの外側に空
冷エンジンと同じ様な空冷フィンを設け、且つ車軸にも
ブレーキドラムの外側に付けられた空冷フィンに空気を
流すファンを設けることにより、ブレーキドラムとブレ
ーキシューの摩擦熱をブレーキドラムの外側の空冷フィ
ンへ車軸に付けたファンから流れてきた空気と一緒に後
方へ流してしまい、ドラムの温度を下げ、フェード現象
