Structure of the conventional example and its problems Conventionally, as shown in FIG. Door 1' is made of a porous board such as particle board in the case where the end 4' of 3' is glued with adhesive 8' to give a luxurious look.
The adhesive 8' is absorbed quickly into the butt end 2' surface, and it is difficult to absorb the adhesive 8' into the butt end 4' surface of the edge material 3' of a hard board of natural wood such as beech wood. Furthermore, if the height of the edge material 3' is 2T', which is more than twice the plate thickness 7' of the door 1', strong force cannot be applied to the adhesive surface and sufficient bonding strength cannot be obtained. If strong force was applied, the edge material 3' would tend to separate as shown by the dotted line.

Structure of the invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention forms a groove in the left and right directions approximately at the center of the adhesive wood surface of the edge material made of a hard plate of natural wood such as beech wood, and a groove is formed in the left and right directions around this groove. Three or more grooves are formed at intervals of at least four times the width of the groove, and between the adhesive end surface of the border material and the opposing adhesive end surface of the door made of a porous board such as particle board. They are bonded via adhesive. Here, since at least three grooves are provided on the adhesive end surface of the edge material, the adhesive enters quickly into these grooves, and the adhesive in these grooves plays the role of mechanical bonding. This also speeds up the absorption of adhesive into the edge material, and the reason why the number of grooves is three or more is to provide stable strength even against external forces in the horizontal direction. Also, if the distance between the grooves is reduced and the number of grooves is increased, the bonding area will decrease and the bonding strength in the vertical direction will decrease, so the distance between the grooves should be approximately four times the groove width dimension. is desirable. In this way, the adhesion of the adhesive to the edge material is improved and stable bonding strength is obtained.

In the figure, 1 is a door made of a porous board such as particle board, and the other surfaces except the adhesive end surface 2 are:
All have resin overlays. 3
is the edge material of a hard board of natural wood such as beech wood, and the height dimension is height 2 which is more than twice the board thickness dimension T of door 1.
It has a T. 4 is the adhesive end surface of the edge material 3 that faces the adhesive end surface 2 of the door 1, and the width dimension a extending in the left and right directions is 0.4 to 0.6 approximately in the center thereof.
A groove 5 with a depth dimension b of 0.5 to 0.7 mm is provided, and two or more grooves 6 and 7 are equally positioned at intervals c of about 4 times the groove width dimension a around the groove 5, and these grooves are 5, 6,
7 is formed up to the side edge of the edge material 3;
An adhesive 8 is interposed between the adhesive end surface 2 of the edging material 3 and the adhesive end surface 4 of the edge material 3, which is opposed to the adhesive end surface 2 of the edging material 3.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained below.
Here, since at least three or more grooves 5, 6, 7 are provided on the adhesive end surface 4 of the edge material 2, the adhesive 8 quickly enters the grooves 5, 6, 7. The adhesive 8 in these grooves 5, 6, and 7 serves as a mechanical bond and also speeds up the absorption of the adhesive 8 into the edge material 2, and since the number of grooves is three or more, It provides stable strength even against external forces in the horizontal direction. Furthermore, when increasing the number of grooves, the bonding area decreases and the bonding strength in the vertical direction decreases, so it is desirable that the gap c between the grooves be at least four times the groove width. That is, when measuring the tensile force and shear force, as shown in Figure 5, the tensile force A is better as the interval between each groove is a multiple of the groove width, and when it is 3 times it is 22 kg/cm 2 , which is not practical for practical use. There is a problem, while
The shearing force B becomes worse as the multiple of the groove width increases, but there is no practical problem up to about 4 times the tensile force. In addition, this groove extends to the left and right, and is provided to the side edge to improve workability during groove machining.
The groove depth is approximately 0.6 mm and the groove depth is approximately 0.5 to 0.7 mm.
