[Detailed explanation of the invention] (A) Purpose of the invention (a) Industrial use and disassembly To apply plating, put the material to be plated into a barrel,
This is done by placing it in a plating liquid tank and turning on the barrel while rotating it. The present invention relates to a barrel into which material to be plated is placed.

(b) Conventional technology The conventional structure is one in which a plate with a mesh is attached to the barrel frame (Utility Model Publication No. 48-9610), and a groove-shaped hole is provided in the plate and a liquid-permeable membrane material is sandwiched between the plates. One that is screwed onto the barrel frame (Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-7582), and one that has a slit-like through hole formed by continuously inserting small pieces into the barrel frame (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 51/1989).

(c) Problems that the invention aims to solve As the barrel rotates, the inside of the barrel wears out due to friction with the material to be plated, so in order to replace the liquid passage plate of the barrel, the entire barrel must be dismantled. Not only is it inconvenient, but the liquid passing plate cannot be partially repaired, so it is uneconomical to have to warp the liquid passing plate and replace it.Also, if small pieces are continuously inserted into the barrel frame to form a slit-like passage hole, , the wear occurs frequently, and the entire structure must be disassembled and reassembled each time, which is inconvenient as the work is complicated and time is lost. When the plating process is finished and the barrel is pulled out of the plating liquid tank, the plating liquid runs out very poorly, and there is the inconvenience of having to waste a considerable amount of time waiting for the plating liquid to be completely drained from the barrel. . If the work is done in a hurry, the plating liquid in the barrel will not be sufficiently drained before entering the washing process, resulting in a considerable amount of plating liquid being lost, and the plating liquid tank must be frequently refilled with plating liquid, which is economically inconvenient. Moreover, a large amount of money is required for waste water treatment facilities.

Also, since the size of the barrel used differs depending on the size of the material to be plated, it is necessary to prepare a liquid passage plate that fits each barrel for wear repair, and it is not possible to use liquid passage plates alternately. The reality is that there is.

In order to solve the above-mentioned inconveniences, the inventor investigated various prototypes and developed a liquid-passing plate frame that was equipped with a liquid-passing plate so that worn parts inside the barrel could be easily replaced and the size of the barrel could be quickly adjusted. Insert and fit the required number of 1 into the barrel crosspiece to match the length of the barrel body. Also, when the barrel is lifted from the plating liquid tank, the reason why the plating liquid is difficult to drain from the barrel is due to the mesh shape of the liquid passing plate. Or, confirm that this is to prevent air from entering the barrel through the liquid passage holes, as a liquid film is stretched over the grid-shaped liquid passage holes by the surface tension of the plating liquid, and the liquid film tension prevention device is passed through the liquid membrane tension prevention device. It was installed on the liquid plate.

(b) The liquid passage plate 6 has a tapered leg portion 7 so that it can be inserted into the liquid passage plate insertion hole 2, and the leg portion 7
is slightly shorter than the width of the side surface of the liquid passing plate frame 1, and locking protrusions 8 are provided at the ends of the legs, and the periphery of the head of the liquid passing plate 6 is suspended on the edge of the liquid passing plate insertion hole 2. However, the head surface of the liquid passing plate 6 is configured to be slightly raised from the surface of the liquid passing plate frame 1.

The inside of the liquid passage plate 6 is divided into a plurality of identical squares by thick crosspieces 9. In this case, the head of the crosspiece 9 should be on the same plane as the top outer surface of the liquid passage plate 6, and the leg end should be at a position about half the length of the leg 7 of the liquid passage plate 6, so that each of the squares divided There are 9 bars inside.
Insert crosspieces 10 of approximately the same thickness as
Divide into four small rectangles of the same shape. In this case, the head of the crosspiece 10 is on the same plane as the head of the crosspiece 9, but the leg ends are set 1 mm to 1.5 mm shorter than the leg ends of the crosspiece 9. A crosspiece 11 that is thinner than crosspieces 9 and 10 is divided into small squares.
are crossed and inserted, and the head of crosspiece 11 is connected to crosspiece 9,
The legs 9, 10, and 11 are positioned 1 to 1.5 mm lower than the head of the tube 10, and the leg ends are also 1 to 1.5 mm shorter. The crosspieces 11 form a lattice shape at a position slightly recessed from the top plane of the liquid passage plate 6, and each of the four small holes becomes the liquid passage holes 12, and the inside of the bottom surface is formed by crosspieces 9, 10, and 11 as the rectangle becomes smaller. A stepped portion is formed to prevent film formation due to the surface tension of the plating solution.

(B) Effects and Examples Insert the liquid passage plate 6 into the liquid passage plate insertion hole 2 of the liquid passage plate frame 1, and pass liquid through the dovetail groove of the barrel crosspiece with the top of the liquid passage plate 6 facing inside the barrel. Fit the dovetail 3 of the plate frame 1, fit the protrusion on the side of the next liquid passage plate frame 1 into the groove 4 on the side of the liquid passage plate frame 1, and assemble the outer periphery of the barrel.
When the material to be plated is put into the barrel and placed in the plating tank and the barrel is rotated, the plating liquid flows through the liquid passage hole 12.
Since it enters the barrel more directly, there is no problem even if the barrel is placed in the plating tank and rotation starts immediately, and even if the material to be plated collides with the liquid passage plate frame 1 or the liquid passage plate 6 during rotation, it will not be damaged or fall off. I was able to complete the plating work completely without any problems.

After the plating work was completed, the barrel was lifted from the plating liquid tank, and the plating liquid was rapidly discharged from the barrel. This fact is based on the crosspieces 9 and 1 on the inner surface of the bottom of the liquid passage plate 6.
0 and 11 form a step as the square becomes smaller, the plating liquid cannot form a film due to surface tension, so air can rapidly flow into the barrel through the liquid passage hole 12 without being hindered by the film. I was convinced that the Metsuki liquid was quickly expelled out of the barrel because of the intrusion.

When I pulled up the barrel, I tried to hit the bottom of the liquid passage plate 6 from the outside with a hammer, but it easily detached from the liquid passage plate frame 1 and fell into the barrel, so I had to partially repair the liquid passage plate 6 due to wear, etc. This is convenient because it is possible to do this without dismantling the barrel, and even when replacing the liquid passage plate frame 1 itself, only the worn or damaged frame can be replaced. It is sufficient to prepare the liquid passing plate frame 1 and the liquid passing plate 6 as spare parts.

(C) Effect of the invention In this invention, when liquid is drained, a film of plating liquid is not formed on the liquid passage plate 6, so air flows smoothly into the barrel, and the plating liquid is rapidly discharged from the barrel. This solves the problem of wasting time waiting for the liquid to run out, and it is easy to replace parts.Since the liquid passage plate frame 1 can be installed according to the length of the barrel, the liquid passage plate frame 1 can be installed according to the length of each barrel. There is no need to prepare the liquid passage plate frame 1 and the liquid passage plate 6, and the liquid passage plate frame 1 and the liquid passage plate 6 can be prepared and placed, and the liquid passage plate frame 1 and the liquid passage plate 6 are each made integrally from a plastic material such as synthetic resin. It is robust and can be used until the crosspiece 11 of the liquid passage plate 6 is worn out, so it is economical and can be used continuously for a long period of time.
