【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は圧縮空気の圧力で移動するピストンを
もつてたがねの頭を打つようにした自動たがね装
置に関する。

従来、自動たがね装置として、往復動自在に支

を作動するようにしたものがあるが、ピストンで
打ち出されたたがねの復帰は、ピストンを圧縮空
気の圧力で戻したのち、たがねを被加工物に押し
当てる方法によつており、したがつて、たがねは
被加工物がないと復帰することができず、しか
も、復帰したたがねの先端位置が一定しないた
め、たがねの先端を被加工面に正確に当てること
が困難であり、そのため、産業用ロボツトを利用
してのばり・スラツグ除去作業の自動化に際し大
きな障害になつていた。また、圧縮ばねでたがね
を復帰させるようにしたものもあるが、この構造
では、圧縮ばねの反発力に抗してたがねを作動さ
せる必要があるため、たがねの衝撃力が弱くなる
問題があつた。

本考案は上記の問題を解消するためになされた
もので、たがねを自動的に所定位置に復帰させる
ことができるとともに、ピストンでたがねを打ち
出した時には被加工物による抵抗だけがたがねに
作用するようにした自動たがね装置を提供するこ
とを目的とする。以下、本考案の一実施例につい
て図面に基づき詳細に説明する。1はピストン摺
動孔2を備えた筒体で、該ピストン摺動孔2内に
はピストン3が往復摺動自在に挿入嵌合されてい
る。そして、筒体1の前端にはキヤツプ状の前蓋
4が、また後端には第1給排気孔5を有する後蓋
6がそれぞれ螺着されている。また、前蓋4内に
は、ピストン摺動孔2と同心するたがね摺動孔7
が形成されており、ピストン摺動孔2とたがね摺
動孔7とは前蓋4に螺着のガイド部材8により仕
切られている。さらに、前蓋4およびガイド部材
8にはたがね摺動孔7と同心するたがね案内孔
9,10がそれぞれ透設され、該たがね案内孔
9,10にはたがね11が摺動自在に貫装嵌合さ

被加工物のばりやスラツグを除去するには、たが
ね11の先端を所要箇所に当接したのち、2位置
3ポート弁21を操作してピストン3およびピス
トン部11aの前面側の圧縮空気を第2、第3給
排気孔12,13を介して急速排気弁17,18
から速やかに排出させるとともに、2位置3ポー
ト弁16を操作して配管15を介し給排気孔5に
圧縮空気を供給すると、ピストン3は、高速で前
進せしめられてたがね11の頭に衝突し、これに
よりたがね11は、前進せしめられて被加工物に
衝撃を与える。以上の作動を繰り返すことにより
被加工物のばりやスラツグを除去する。

とにより、突出後のたがねを復帰させることがで
き、これによりたがねを所定位置に自動的に復帰
させることが可能になり、しかも、復帰後はピス
トン部に作用する圧縮空気が急速排気弁により速
やかに排出されるため、たがねには無益な抵抗が
働かず、その衝撃力が弱められることはないなど
の優れた実用的効果を奏する。
