Claims (1)
- 一方へ長く延びるとともにねじを刻設したねじ
棒部２ａを有する出力軸２を設けて特殊電動機１
を構成し、該特殊電動機１の外側面に、非磁性、
非電導性の材料で製作した円筒体３を、前記ねじ
棒部２ａと同心し、かつねじ棒部２ａを包囲する
ようにして固着し、前記ねじ棒部２ａには、永久
磁石８を固着した特殊ボールナツト６を螺合し、
前記円筒体３の外周面には、永久磁石１１を内装
した移動子１２を、摺動可能に環装するとともに
前記特殊ボールナツト６に対向させて配置したこ
とを特徴とする電動式ロツドレスシリンダ。
