As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the connecting wire 10 of the electron gun assembly 1 is usually formed by bending a conductive member having a substantially circular cross section, taking into account the potential difference with the fourth grid 4. 5 and the vicinity of the contact portions 11 and 12 with the fifth grid 7 are pressed into a plate shape to improve the formability during forming, and also to improve workability such as resistance welding in the welding portions 5 1 , 7a 1 , and 7b 1 . It's also starting to get better.

However, a 0.5 mmφ conductive member is used as the base material, and the areas near the contact portions 11 and 12 are pressed into a plate shape with a thickness of 0.25 mm, and then the electron gun assembly 1 is formed.
used for the connection wire 10 of the welded parts 5 1 , 7a 1 , 7b 1
When resistance welding is performed with a thickness of 0.25 mm, the welding becomes unstable due to the thickness and splashes and electroweakness occur. As a countermeasure to this problem, if the conductive member having a diameter of 0.5 mm is made 0.1 mm near the contact portions 11 and 12 in order to stabilize welding, it becomes easy to break during molding, and there is also the problem that it is not suitable for mass production.

The present invention was developed in view of the problems mentioned above, and it prevents cutting during forming, eliminates splash and electrical weakness during welding due to resistance, etc.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an electron gun assembly having a connection line capable of obtaining welding stability.

The connection wires of this electron gun assembly 21 are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
As shown in the figure, considering the potential difference with the fourth grid 24, a round conductive member with an almost circular cross section is used to press the areas 31 and 32 near the contact points with the third grid 25 and the fifth grid 27 into a plate shape. The processing is the same as in the case of FIGS. 2 and 3, but in the example, of the areas 31 and 32 near the contact areas, the areas 33 and 34 near the welding areas are pressed into a ribbon shape that is thinner than the plate shape. After processing, it is molded to improve moldability during molding.
This facilitates fixing work such as resistance welding at the welded portions 25 1 , 27a 1 , 27b 1 .

That is, for example, using a conductive member with a diameter of 0.5 mm as the base material, a two-step press process is performed in which the contact portions 31 and 32 are made into plate-shaped portions with a thickness of 0.25 mm, and the weld portions 33 and 34 are made into plate-shaped portions with a thickness of 0.20 mm. 0.5mmφ
There is very little work hardening at the boundary that occurs when the thickness is reduced to 0.25 mm or less in one step, and since the welding areas 33 and 34 are on almost the same plane as the contact areas 31 and 32, it is difficult to form them in the subsequent process. No breakage occurs during the process, and by forming the ribbon into a ribbon shape, splash and electrical weakness are reduced even during fixing work such as resistance welding at the welded parts 25 1 , 27a 1 , 27b 1 , resulting in a good connection. As a result, we were able to obtain an electron gun structure of extremely high quality.

As described above, according to the present invention, two of the plurality of electrodes constituting the electron gun structure are to which the same voltage is applied.
When connecting two or more electrodes with a connecting wire, a two-step press is performed on the plate-shaped part and the ribbon-shaped part, and by welding the ribbon-shaped part, a stable welded connection without breakage is possible. Therefore, its industrial value is great.
