おくとか、或いは工具類を入れた袋の中にしまつ
ておくとかの方法が採られていたが、この方法に
あつては保管中、他の物がウエツジベースバルブ
にぶつかり、バルブに傷をつけたり若しくは破損
させてしまうと言う問題及びバルブ交換時、灯具
と離れた位置に保管されている為に作業に手間取
るばかりか保管場所を忘れ思わぬ時間の浪費をし
てしまうと言う問題があつた。これらの問題点を
解決する為に、今日のパーキングランプ、サイド
マーカーランプ、クリアランスランプ等の車輌用
灯具にあつては、ウエツジベースバルブが断線し
た場合に使用する為の予備ウエツジベースバルブ
を保管する場所を灯具本体に設け、保管場所の確
保と交換作業の簡易化を図つたものが存在する。

ズdに設けた接合脚部mを凹溝部nに圧入せしめ
て接着し、前面レンズbがハウジングaの一端開
口を塞ぐ様に取付けられる。このハウジングaの
他端開口の近傍内壁面には、この内壁面より突出
した位置決め突起部pが設けられており、この他
端開口に対して突起部pにバツクカバーkの周縁
接合壁rを当接位置決めさせた状態でバツクカバ
ーkが取付固定されている。このバツクカバーk
は樹脂材で形成され、灯室内側にウエツジベース
バルブlを取付けるソケツトsとバルブホルダー
部材wを介して主光源バルブcを固定するバルブ
固定座部tとが設けられており、又、背面外側に
はバツクカバーkより一体に延出され、その先端
部に各々内側へ若干突出された係止爪部A,Aを
有した一対の弾性係止片B,Bが設けられてい

入せしめて接着し、前面レンズ2がハウジング1
の一端開口を塞ぐ様に取付けられる。このハウジ
ング1の他端開口の近傍内壁面には、この内壁面
より突出した位置決め突起部12が設けられてお
り、この他端開口に対して突起部12にバツクカ
バー22の周縁接合壁28が当接位置決めされた
状態でバツクカバー22が取付固定されている。
このバツクカバー22は樹脂材で形成され、灯室
19側の内側にウエツジベースバルブ17を取付
けるソケツト18と、バルブホルダー部材14及
びビス16を介して主光源バルブ13を固定する
バルブ固定座部15とが設けられている。更に、

爪部30Aを各々有した一対の弾性係止片30,
30からなるバルブ受容部31が設けられてお
り、このバルブ受容部31には弾性係止片30,
30間を押し拡げながら予備のウエツジベースバ
ルブ17′のピンチ部17′Aを嵌入することによ
り該係止爪部30A,30Aにて該ウエツジベー
スバルブ17′が弾性挟持され、又、必要に応じ
てウエツジベースバルブ17′を引き抜くことに
よつてバルブ収容部31から取外し可能となつて
