入力された時に前記マグネトロンの発振出力を抵
減させる信号を出力し前記マイクロコンピユータ
の信号が入力された時に前記マグネトロンの動作
を停止させる信号を出力して前記インバータ電源
を制御する出力設定回路7と、前記出力設定回路
の出力に基づいて前記インバータ電源を駆動する
