- アナログ機能を有するために動作電圧範囲の狭
い集積回路装置において、同一基板上に集積され
た基準電圧発生手段と電源電圧低下を検出する手
段と、電源電圧の低下に供うアナログ特性の低下
を補償する手段を含むことを特徴とする動作電圧
範囲を拡大した集積回路装置。
