Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による冷凍装置の
返油回路、第２図は第１図をモリエル線図で表示
した説明図、第３図は従来の冷凍装置の返油回路
である。 １は圧縮機、２は凝縮機、３は高圧レシーバ、
４は膨張弁、５は低圧レシーバ、６は液ポンプ、
７は蒸発器、８は蒸発圧力調整弁、９は返油配管
、１０は油濃縮装置、１１は圧力調整弁、１２は
返油配管９の途中に設けられた加熱装置である。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。
返油回路、第２図は第１図をモリエル線図で表示
した説明図、第３図は従来の冷凍装置の返油回路
である。 １は圧縮機、２は凝縮機、３は高圧レシーバ、
４は膨張弁、５は低圧レシーバ、６は液ポンプ、
７は蒸発器、８は蒸発圧力調整弁、９は返油配管
、１０は油濃縮装置、１１は圧力調整弁、１２は
返油配管９の途中に設けられた加熱装置である。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。
Claims (1)
- 低圧レシーバおよび液ポンプを有し、上記液ポ
ンプによつて昇圧された油含有の冷媒液の一部を
油濃縮装置へ返油配管の途中に設けられた圧力調
整弁によつて圧力を調整しながら戻すようにした
冷凍装置において、上記返油配管の途中で、上記
液ポンプと圧力調整弁との間の所定位置に加熱装
置を設け、油濃縮装置に流入する油含有の低圧冷
媒液を飽和液あるいは気液２相流にすることによ
り、油濃縮装置での加熱熱量を減らすようにした
ことを特徴とする冷凍装置の返油回路。
