開き開始位置A□、型開き完了点Aをパラメータとして
入力しなければならない。

徐々に短くしていくことにより行ない、これはオペレー
タにとって比較的面倒な注意を必要とする作業であった

ス数に換算する。比較部16ではパルス数換算部12で
求めた値とカウント部14でカウントした値を比較し一
致したとき位置検出部18に一致信号を出力する。位置
検出部18では設定した原点Bから移動金型Mの現在位
置までの距離が位置検出機からの出力信号パルスPをア
ップカウントあるいはダウンカウントして得られるよう
になっており比較部16からの一致信号が入力された時
その時点のカウント値が低速型閉め速度に減速された位
置(減速点B2 )を示す値として記憶され長さの単位
に換算してB2位置表示部20に送られ表示される。オ
