方、マイカ基板５に帯状ヒータ６を巻回してなる
発熱部材７を形成し、絶縁部材４を発熱部材７の
両側にある温度をかけて加圧接着後、絶縁部材４
をある温度以上の高い温度をかけてキユアーする
