Claims (1)
- 放熱板に取付ける面状発熱体において、セラミ
ツクシート１の両側に夫々厚さの異なる未キユア
ーのマイカシートＡ２及び未キユアーのマイカシ
ートＢ３を接着してなる絶縁部材４を形成し、一
方、マイカ基板５に帯状ヒータ６を巻回してなる
発熱部材７を形成し、絶縁部材４を発熱部材７の
両側にある温度をかけて加圧接着後、絶縁部材４
をある温度以上の高い温度をかけてキユアーする
ことを特徴とする面状発熱体。
