Claims (1)
- 前ボデイと後ボデイとを互いに向き合わせると
共にその外周縁を気密状に接合してガス入口室を
構成し、そのガス入口室に第１ノズルと切替バル
ブとを設け、その切替バルブの下流に第２ノズル
と切替閉子とを並設すると共に、その切替閉子の
操作軸に固定したカムによりガス量最小の位置に
おいて、前記切替バルブを閉じるように切替閉子
の操作軸と切替バルブとを連動させ、さらに、前
記切替閉子の下流に第３ノズルと第４ノズルとを
並設したことを特徴とするガス量切替装置付ガス
マニホールド。
